I use this app mostly to deposit checks and everytime my camera opens in the check deposit page the app crashes. Both cameras do it. I'm using the app on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.
Very secured, I bought a new phone but kept the same number so I have to answer two security questions everytime I log in, and it wont leave you logged in for more than 10 minutes after inactivity. Would recommend
Currently the app won't recognize the date. SSL Error. As such it auto closes no matter what I try. It's definitely January 4th though.
Worked once, stopped working the next day. Uninstalled, reinstalled several times and on 2 different phones.
Generally very good, but the app is suddenly not signing in. Just a blank white screen.
New entry, 11- 10-21 App refuses to work properly even after all updates. I am so frustrated.
Lots of helpful features. App is general good but sometimes the app freezes on log in .
This app helps me so much to manage my money and the bank its self is amazing!!!
App no longer uses/allows biometrics for login, just a blank screen.

Fast, organized and helpful
They lie, don't use ESB! They block your money and won't even tell you that they're doing it. They say that they are protecting your money, but as with all big business they only care about themselves! You're the frauds!

Couldn't even open app after downloading it. Says unsecured connection
Everything this app is for works great except for depositing checks. It doesn't let you focus the camera at all, so it just takes blurry pictures and rejects the deposit. As it's taking the picture, it even brings the check into focus and then puts it back out of focus and snaps the picture.
I can't even log in, it says insecure blah blah blah... Thanks for the inconvenience!! Maybe I should go to a bank with an online banking app that actually works
Constantly denying my password, constantly locking me out..I hate it
Has completed this app. Thank you for putting 'Pending Transactions' in the app. Mobile check deposit is great. I haven't had a problem yet. If you make the deposit before 4pm, the funds are usually there next day. Thanks again BankESB!!
When i go to take a picture to upload of my check it does not stay open. very inconvienent

Great app. I can manage my accounts, transfer money and pay my bills at my convenience. There's also a feature that allows me to deactivate / reactivate my debit card. Now when I'm not using my card, I can deactivate it to help keep my accounts safe. When I'm ready to use the card again, I reactivate it instantly.
My ONLY Complaint: The biggest problem is when I attempt to do a mobile deposit. It constantly crashes when I try to take the picture of the check. It is very frustrating. I've tried to delete the app and then install it a again and that doesn't work either.
