Check deposit part of app seems buggy. It crashes or produces error messages. I typically have to try a second time to make it work.
There was an update with the app to Bank Financial that changed the view to the account. I particularly do not like it and find it was better before. Date of transactions were displayed on top, flowed when scrolling previously. Now it looks like weird with bold text and date under each transaction. It looked like picture displyed in app store which have not been updated. Is there any potential that the view will be changed back? New view is basic & not finding the value of the change.
It's very easy to check details and pay my bills. I only wish that I could make external transfers from it
This app informs me of every transaction in my account in a clear and easy to read way. I love how this app informs me of potential fraud right way! Its senior compatible too!😅Bank Financial makes this app easy to navigate or transfer funds in your account. I love it!
Recently updated, very poorly executed. Spotty performance, needs a LOT more work.
It works fine. But it is so antiquated. Why is there no Zelle option or an easy way to transfer money into different outside accounts and to individuals? The current option requires a credit check!! Why?! Because of this, I'm comtemplating changing banks.
App is simple and fine but after recent update fingerprint scan verification doesn't work and after putting in my password takes minutes to log in, sometimes I just close it out altogether because its taking to long.
Extremely difficult to get them to accept the picture of your check, very frustrating, having to submit 4 to 5 times, then it still gets rejected. I have had to drive to the bank to finally get checks deposited...in today's e world, it is poorly supported
very difficult to use mobile check deposit through the app. the camera is very fidgety and rejects most of the photos so you end up trying to take a photo for about 5 minutes before it takes.
I'm trying to install the app and it never advances. It just says pending and keeps running and running. I tried restarting my phone but it didn't help

Sometimes works fine. Other times rejects picture and must repeat and repeat. Frustrating.Not user friendly.
Love the app it is secure and it makes everything easier for everyone I just wish the camera was better it takes multiple times for me to get checks deposited mobile minor updates and fixes can make this app a lot more smooth
Been pretty good... But it takes over an hour to alert that there's a Iarge deposit. Need to make that alert immediate as soon as the deposit is in the account.. Or no later than like 2mins.
I needed a convenient and safe way to pay my bills and this app was it, I don't have to go to the bank and then go pay my bill I can do it from my phone. Great and convenient app.
This app is cool but......... The withdraw & deposit alerts should come through immediately. They alert like a hr later after the transaction has already taken place.
The online banking has been down since Friday which makes it hard to do things from home. I cannot get to bank that often that's why I have the online banking.

Been banking with them since 1996 and not a problem. Love these guys more than the big banks! Keep rocking it crew!
Unable to do certain transactions on the app, can't open a bank account successfully on the app. A lot of bugs that needs fixing.
