Update: Great app and features. Banking + Budgeting + Check Deposit + more. Update: While I don't use the "money management" feature, it looks well made and fun to play with. The check deposit limit is very low, however; only $250 max!!... TIAA, for example, has a mobile check deposit limit (set up on an individual basis) up to $50,000. This is a much more important feature for me, so I am dropping my rating to 3 stars. If they fix the deposit limit then I would be happy to return to 5 stars.

Always easy for payment
Tried to setup an account for checking and savings. Seemed simple at first, but nobody got back to me and I've tried to log in for over a week now without success.
I deal with the staff at the Northport branch and I am always so impressed by their professionalism and their friendliness. Thanks to all of you, especially Jessica this morning for help with the mobile app.
It was super easy to transfer my funds from one account to the other,whew!, saved me a lot of time and gas!! Im lov'n this app.Thanks
Great except the check deposit limit. I've requested an increase several times with no results.

Having the app makes it so much more convenient for me because I no longer live near any BankFirst branches.
I cannot download the app. It just continue to read pending. I have been trying for a week.
The teller answered all questions quickly and even added helpful information.
Seems to me the app that i use to deposit checks is not the same as the one for bank statements.
check deposit function is subpar compared to other banks, hope they will upgrade this function to make check depositing easier.
Good but would be better if app would show physical check on android phones.

The app is very easy to use and very accurate.
A pretty good app, overall. As of recently, it required me to change my password, and a new requirement was that the password be 12 characters long (with specific criteria, of course) instead of the previous 10 character requirement. Aggravating, but I guess that is better for security reasons. What I really hated was that it removed the Biometrics, so instead of facial or fingerprint recognition, I now have to type in that 12+ character password EVERY time I log in. Somewhat frustrating.
