this app is a mess every time tray to sign in not works, not let me in . I need to go online and change everything always 🙄🙄...Now the app it's better making my life more easy hope they continue making changes to the app thanks
Simple, easy to follow directions. Taking a picture of the check is fast. Excellent app. Takes banking to another level of security and ease of making deposits.
Works rather well. There are sometimes, however, that I cannot get into the app due to what I think is maintenance and it gets annoying at times
App works to check typical transactions, but never works with mobile deposit. Tried at least 4 different times and always made sure checks are ready to go. Please fix this.
Terrible haven't been able to check my balance,or do anything.Keeps kicking me out .. thinking about switching to a less stressful bank.Hold large amounts of checks,for 10 business days...Not good when people need money all the time cause living now is expensive as hell...
Fix the unable to login after business hrs . I try checking my balance after 7pm & it never really works. Fix the check deposit issues I need to take a picture 20 times before you accept it. I have no issues with my camera its issues with your app!
Kept bank first after moving to to an area without one the apps helped alot since I'm 6 hours away from an actual bank until an update a while ago now it won't ever open and nobody I call has ever been helpful great bank terrible app 😔
The app worked great but as of last night I'm unable to get to the homescreen. Everytime I click the app it say "unfortunately, Bank First has stopped." Not sure whats going on
THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST APP. I SHOULD AT LEAST BE ABLE TO LOG IN! IT HASNT LET ME IN A WEEK. ITS DONE THIS ON AND OFF OVER THE COURSE OF YEARS AND I AM SO SICK OF IT!
Overall the app is okay. The major problem is that if you deposit a check from your phone there is not an image of it available later on.
Hardly works especially on the weekends. Often takes forever to update balance and sometimes even adds to it before correcting itself days later
This app is awesome, it allows me to transfer money instantly. No more waiting. It is easy to use. No adds what so ever. I feel safe using this app.
For 2 months now I am not able to use the app. It crashes any time that I try to open it.
App hasn't been working the last few days. I click on it to open and it boots me out. This is getting old.
Gets old on the app goes down alot more lately never had issue back when the bank was iowa Nebraska but now I'm thinking of switching banks since alot of people tell me there app don't go down this much
can't even log into my account. was told to uninstall app and then reinstall it. still can't log in. app is junk.
I install the App and it doesn't load. Tried to uninstall and install and still doesn't do anything.
Closed acct due to all the hidden fees and because noone is notified of changes instead they keep it hush. Good way to get others to switch banks.
Love this banking app. It makes transfers and checking you account easy.

My app stopped working altogether. I uninstalled and then reinstall the app. Can't even log in
Can't get into accounts 75% of time! I can see balances but I can't get in to see specific transactions.
can finally log in after Bank transition. would have preferred an update sooner but glad i can finally check my balance on a regular basis again.

New still has a few tiny bugs but works so well with me and easy to make transfers.

Constantly bugs out, delayed updates, and very dated layout.....
App hasnt been working for a few days now. Called the bank to see if they had heard anything. She was clueless. People need to have access to their accounts
I haven't been able to get into my acct for over a month. It says my password and username is wrong. I'm suppose to call. It won't work with my biometrics. Everything is right when I log in. My card watch will show up but won't show what was charged or to where. Very upset with this app.
