Why does the Bank I'd not work all of a sudden? I have a new phone and it's installed on here. There is no reason why it should not work for Parkster. Its very inconveniencing and ea h time I try to pay and Bank I'd Gives me thr same fault, I forget and get reminder mails with the reminder penalty! Could this be a strategy to collect more reminder fees? Because Bank I'd was working quite perfectly before. Very frustrating. Please rectify this on your site or something. It is very frustrating

Does what it says on the tin, but it's rather annoying when they added the button to activate the fingerprint reader, hence the low score. Also LEARN HOW TO WRITE A GODDAMNED CHANGE LOG YOU FREAKING CODE MONKEYS!

It use to work fine until some weeks ago. Now when I try open the BankID, it tells me that there is something wrong with it. Luckily it still works with my Laptop I'm travelling a lot and being stranded somewhere without access to my bank account is my worst nightmare.

Every time I should sign and there is a link to click that will open the app on my device for me, after signing it does not take me "forward/inside" the webpage. Instead the app closes and thows me back to where I was when I opened it but 1 step back (like I'd also pressed the back key in the browser). I am unable to take covid tests or see my pension. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

I am a new user, after scanning the qr code. There is a message I got stating that I need to have an NFC reader installed on my phone which my phone doesn't have. What NFC reader can I install to help with?

Suddenly stopped working early September. Looks like it can't connect to the server any more but it doesn't print any useful error message. When this happened it prevented me from buying a bus ticket home. Luckily I have an old authenticator from my bank so I can at least use that to pay my bills, but I'm currently locked out of all services that don't let me choose authentication method for the purchase

have been using Bank-Id for quite some time without problems. Now it does not work - after starting the app, it closes after about 2 seconds and can not be used. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the App, which seemed successfull. However, after that, situation is exactly the same.

The service works okay, but since several years ago it does support Linux! If you add Linux system I'll give 4 out of 5! I don't accept that support will come any time. ;)

I like BankID and all that but can't order a new BankID if camera doesn't work is just rworded. I don't know where all these tech companies get the people with such dumb software design from.

Great app, easy to do payments or login to your bank and secure since it has both fingerprint and password authentication. For people concerned about their security please double-check what service requested you to use bank id. It's the big bold red letters before you authenticate yourself. For other people that the app is crashing at their phones, disable battery optimisation for the app.

Used to work perfectly but since few months i couldnt open the app. This is unacceptable as the bank id is used to access both bank & most public service related to the personal number. Now i cant access any of those. I sent an email to maintenance team & it just sent back kind of automatic reply saying my mobile system is not updated. But no, my android version is up to date! So no help no access to anything!

I had a windows phone before, the app kept asking me to change my phone because the service was supposed to be ended shortly. I did it (these days windows phone is good for nothing anyways!) Now that I've got an android phone, the app stopped working a few days back because my version is too old for them... What kind of support is this? Especially for an app that is essential to your life. So I should change my phone every time you please? Ridiculous!

Fingerprint authorisation does not work for android 10. Support email just sends an auto-reply that i should contact my bank. Thats deserving of a one star review. App is fine otherwise, just don't understand how you can not keep the app running with the latest version of Android. Especially with so many users. Under all kritik.

ZenFone 2, android 5, app closes itself all the time recently.It's impossible to use it. I think that's after some updates they did. I wrote message to email that is specified in description. Judging by answer feels like they set auto-reply, nobody reads issues from users :/

It is very very very bad app does not open all the time it closed and I have to update it every time I try to use it and now is not being updated I have no idea why it's a very bad at so do something about it this app is very useless and it's giving me so many problems and troubles with my banking and my paying bills someone has to get on it immediately and fix it otherwise you are useless you and your app

The app is no longer available for Linux. I can't even begin to comprehend how is it possible that the (borderline mandatory) universal e-banking and authentication software in Sweden de facto FORCES all Swedes to buy or install Microsoft and Apple products or use Android on its original hardware. Nevermind that 90% of the internet is powered by a different OS. I do not know whether to attribute this to malice (support for monopolistic practices) or incompetence; either way it's unacceptable.

Huge, slow, needs access to a lot of unnecessary information and parts of my phone. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use it. :( Also, needlessly requires a relatively new device to run.

Not happy with the latest update. Authenticating with fingerprint now requires an extra step by first clicking a small button. This is totally pointless and annoying for fingerprint users.

The app is quite ok except on one of my devices it always fails to launch automatically when called from another app/url, so I need to launch it manually. And it is very difficult to find help in solving it.

Comment from 2019: Used to work fine,but for last few days it crashes as soon as started without showing any error message.This is strange since I have not made any update of my phone for a long time,while I upated BankID application back in 05/2019 and used it a lot since then without any single problem. Update 2020-03-16: Still crashing in a same way, despite updates. Update 2020-06-13: Still crashing on my Asus Android 5 phone, despite claim problem is fixed. Update 2020-09-20: Still crashing

Stop updating every week, or if you do, do not make the previous version incompatible. Combined with the banks also updating so often and having the same incompatibility, one out of two times I need to login, I first have to update some stupid 50MB app.

Stopped working and keeps telling me update when there's nothing to update. Tried reinstalling it three times now, deleted other apps to make room but no change. I need this to work, argh!

New Huawei P20 Pro. Bank ID process gets me to the stage where I should scan the QR code on the computer from new phone. Camera doesn't open and instead I get a message, " A library that is needed for the QR code scanning is missing. The cause may be that Google Play Services hasn't finished downloading the necessary files yet. Please try again later". Any advice?

The app just stopped working today. Don't know if it has to do with the lates app update or if it has to do with the phone update. I tried to delete and install the app again but I can't even get to the "get bank ID from your bank", it's like the app is frozen when I open it.

Update apparently entirely broke it for me on Android. Definitely not something one expects from a bank app. Seems I'm not the only one. Definitely need more than one sole provider, this is what you get. 2+ weeks on, still no fix.
