After I have sent an email again to the bank. a bank employee called me and asked me to do the following: 1. Uninstall the app 2. Restart device 3. Install it again And now it works again.. Old review------ It used to work so I can check balance and do payments. Since almost a month when I login i get the account summary page. Anything further than that gives an error getdefaultIp error. I have sent the information through the apps main page link contact us. I have been called the same day with recommendations, but it did not work. After that I have tried to send a complaint through the same way..but now not even the complaint can be sent, because I'm getting an error also...pfff...
Just like so many other users I got error messages when you continue from the main page a few weeks ago. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and the app is now working how it used to.
It keeps giving me error msg. Its been a while now, when complaining at the bank they say it works fine. I don't know what fine entails when the app clearly doesn't do the things its supposed to do! Please fix it
When i try to go further than the acounts page i get error message. This happens on pc to. So basically i cant do nothing on this crapp

Basically this is an app that sits on my phone for nothing. As soon as you login you are greeted with a friendly error message and that concludes your session with this app. Online banking? Really? We're all better off going all the way to the bank to do our banking. But so what? It's only 2017 right?!

App opens, but when trying to view an option, error message keeps popping up.. Called once, and they told me it's working fine when obviously it's not... Please fix!!! Error Message: "EIB: DefaultAction: GetServerEntry () failed with return code 30001023"

Ok, this app keeps me from writing my own and releasing it. Now at least I don't have to constantly open my browser to check my bank. Only drawbacks: - Seems to be a simple browser? Asks me if I want "the browser" to remember my password? Hmmmmm - Why can't I put in my E-Pass serial number in and the app takes care of putting in the correct numbers/letters? Reaching for my E-Pass every time I want to check my bank/do a transaction is sure more dangerous than people stealing my login over an encrypted connection. This app gets 2 of stars just because MCB has released an app! (You can't imagine how excited I am that a firm is catching up to the times)
Needs improvement especially on the blackberry. the Z10 is not supported.

Im running a cyanogen mod on my htc one. Same error messages as everyone else...
This app does not work anymore. They have a new system so don't bother downloading it!
This app isn't working. And the worst thing is ,you guys performed an update in the weekend and today on sunday your services are closed. Shame on you !!
