Banking

the app is really good. fairly straight forward. all the features you would need for banking are there for you to use. it syncs very well with the tan apps. if there is something i would improve. i would say some transactions take days to show up on history. which can sometimes mislead.

I am happy with the app and all the required banking features i would need are available and easily accessible. With this app i do not need to open account on brawser. Only issue i see that realtime transection update is not happening which should be possible as many other banks are giving this feature in their mobile app.

Very confident to perform many common banking transactions from the tip of the fingers. I love the real-time money transfer option. Edit: In the recent time, the app has been added with extensive new features which I love. The app runs very smooth and has a great UI as well.

I never thought I could be a satisfied user of a bank. Usually their software, including mobile apps especially, are terrible. Commerzbank deeply impressed me and won me as a customer. Absolutely amazing apps!

The architecture of the current version is clearly using different backends for different features and it was considered that eventual consistency is something that users of a banking app will tolerate. For me, the perceived experience is disappointing because it generates confusion. For example, I get notifications for transactions to/from my account but when I log in and check the account, I don't see them yet in the transaction list.

Nice Banking App in general, smart overview and all relevant functionalities for payments and checking payments are available. Navigation and menues are easy to use, does what it is supposed to. Searching for older payments is easy. I like it. However Id like to have more analytics stuff, smart categorization of my payments, see me expenses being analyzed, mamung suggestions where to save, etc.

It is easy and quick, since it is in English language it really helps me, also the feature to call customer service directly from the app is great. Transferring money is also made easy.

Extremely dumb application. Always errors and out of service. I am using their Klassicdepot, and for this I must have an GIROkonto, they took from me 9.90 euros because I dont pay enough money to the account!! Extremely dumb service, will sell all and not use it again.

Very easy to use and clear interfaces. Would be awesome to add a graphical expenses with charts in which one could manage their expenses :)

This is one of my favourite banking app. Cheers to the developers. Improvement suggestions: It is a nice to have features to download the transactions in a CSV or excell format. As transactions history is limited to one year, users can save their own transactions.

With the English support natively enabled, this app has gotten much better over the past three years that I have been using it. Does everything necessary quite seamlessly.

It's actually a really simple and nice interface. And also customer friendly.

Overall Great app and they are fixing small bugs too....only 1 wish.... Sharing Transaction details or screenshot is not possible with app. Pls enable it..

App is fluid and works without any problem for me. Communication between the banking and security apps is quick and safe.

Nice app, simple and clean. Rarely for German banks - it is in English. Dark mode would be a nice addition.

Great app. Makes my online banking experience smooth and almost effortless. It is a simple to use app.

Since several months the limit ordering is showing an error, saying they are working on it. Last summer it was all fine. With that problem i have to log into the website to be able to use limit orders in my depot. Despite the good overall app this behavior is worth -1.

UI is absolute not user friendly. It's pretty slow and from time to time unresponsive. I don't know why someone needs two apps to make bank transfers, there is literally no reason for it, other competitors can do it too. Why are we always one step behind the competition? Get a new designer or whoever approves this, please check out other Banking apps...

I like the application simplicity, but it could be more settings available via the application rather than web site. For example, change limits, open subaccounts, etx.

Impossible to close account. Appointment at branch cancelled by them. Cannot do over phone. Sent letter was ignored. This used to be the best bank. Such a pity.

Cannot add card to Google pay - I saw responses this is being addressed. Transactions not showing for up to a week. Blocked access into account due to Tan code error. I miss the user friendly British banks with instant transfers between banks even on Bank holidays, a CORRECT differentiation between credit and debit cards, and no fees. I feel like I went back in time 20 years.

The app keeps signing off. I have to sign in again repeatedly a few times before it functions normally. Sign off due to inactivity; that is what it always shows

The message for debit or credit takes about 3 days. It should be instantly done. Slow app.

I haven't got too much experiences with other banks in Germany, so won't be able to give an objective opinion. This is because I have always used Commerzbank and it has never made me feel the need to go to other banks. This app is also one the many reasons i like dealing with Commerzbank. The app makes life so much easier to deal with by removing unnecessary complications. The UI is beautiful, easy, intuitive, fast and lots of services can be activated/deactivated within the app.

Easy to use & check all the necessary Information. Works really well with the PhotoTAN and website services.

It's the worst app I ever used in my life. Very slow. No updates of the amounts you have. Really limited with no information about transactions. And what is worst! You call the bank and they tell you we are sorry we don't have appoitments for you. I totally discourage the use of this '' App''

The app keeps crashing whenever I try to access the "manage cards" section. This is particularly debilitating as it means that I cannot access my virtual card, and hence cannot link it for payment.
