I really enjoy the banking experience however it is rather disappointing that it is now almost April and the app still doesn't work for Android 7.0 and higher devices. And even on iOS it still doesn't support fingerprint login and it didn't seem very polished. Hopefully version 2.0 will be better once it gets here.
Doesn't work on Android version 7. Crashes immediately every time, even after deleting and reinstalling several times. I got an email two weeks ago telling me the 2.0 update is available, but so far that's a lie. Can't use the website on my phone either because the formatting is so jacked up half the screen gets cut off.
Horrible. I went with them as my bank because they said I could remote deposit money orders. I have yet to have one successfully deposit. I've had to mail in every single one after they reject it for something that is clearly visible. I was told their new app was supposed to resolve this issue but who knows when their new app will actually be released and I'm not holding my breath as to it actually functioning properly either.
Three broken delivery dates on the centerpiece of your business's bread and butter. This bank is as useful to me as a car with square wheels. That's it for me, looking for another bank before their incompetence renders my hard earned money inaccessible, or worse, stolen. You guys are in the wrong industry. BankMobile's app belongs in the games section with all of the other toys.
First off the people that run this place are clearly incompetent monkeys. And 2nd I enjoy the bank I can actually walk into and talk to somebody with common sense. Sheesh I hate this waste of space been trying to close my account for 2 months now and I think I'm going to contact the actual bank they work with I'm done talking to these incompetent idiots. You should do better research and avoid this piece of crap at all cost nothing but a headache and a half. My advice don't do it. They are idiotic and more.
Once again, the Bankmobile team gets everyone hyped up about the release of their new app, and then fail to deliver on the date they said they would. This is like the 3rd time they've done this. I am seriously starting to consider finding another bank. The current app has NO functionality on Nougat and their mobile webpage is a flustercluck at best. So much for mobile banking....
While the app is easy to use it feels outdated and slow. Needed is a fingerprint reader and other usability improvements. The one thing the bank itself needs is a "set aside" account instead of just a savings. Sub accounts would be nice as well.
App is functional. Beyond that, not exciting. Gives the user the impression a 17yr old went overboard on aesthetics resulting in a fugly app. Glad the new one is on the way. But have used to app for all banking purposes advertised, and it works just fine on a maintained phone with a decent connection. Anxiously awaiting the new one...
What a joke! Great concept for a mobile banking platform, but can't get their app together even after several months of telling people they're working on it. Was told December, then late January, now '1st quarter 2017'... Nope, no thanks. Tired of waiting. Want a mobile bank that actually delivers? I recommend CapitalOne 360. Excellent apps that work on every device I have and excellent customer service.
So far so good but as everyone said the app leaves a lot to be desired. For me it just kept circling like it was loading. I eventually just went and did everything from my PC which works seamlessly. Hoping for updates soon to fix the app glitches since it does have the word "mobile" in its name and not "pc". :-)
I am disappointed it worked on my note3 I just got the 7edge and it never lets me in so I have to use my old phone to upload checks and check my balances. Use the browser does not work everyone is p top of each other and is f the mobile version. Brower cut off part of the Information.
Hoping for the best, but so far the app is bad...I opened an account yest & that process was great on the website..i tried it on the app & everytime I got to taking a pic of my ID & the process would start over! 3x I started over! I almost quit ,but didn't. I'm hoping that was a good decision. Now if I try & use the app 1/2 the time it fails to load & often if it does it crashes. Addition! I like the card "locking" feature offered, but 2xs now I have gone 2 "unlock" & the app was down!!
Not even once. Not even a little. Starts up and fails immediately. :( Sent feedback using the failure form for the developers.
Everytime I try to deposit a check it crashes multiple times before I succeed. That's if I don't just give up and take a picture send it to my computer and upload it that way.
It takes entirely too long to load and I've tried it on more then one device. It's a very good idea just needs serious improvements

Worked well before I updated my phone to Android 7.0. now the app force closes Everytime I try to open it
Was considering switching to BankMobile for an online checking account but the app crashes the second I open it.
No more mindgames of is this my real balance? Setup was easy. Customer service was friendly and fast. No sifting through a VRU menu layers deep while being reminded you can do that online. Has a relaxed home type of feeling. Less corperate red tape. No issues with app so far.
I was going to open an account, but since the app crashes every time I open it I'm going to pass for now.
The app will not launch after install. Hopefully they can fix this issue soon.
This app makes banking so convenient for me. I can take care of my financials anytime, anywhere and at absolutely not cost. Aside from the convenience, BankMobile in itself is highly functional with an exceptionally high savings-interest rate. Great app and great bank
It's been doing this for months.
Great app easy to use!! I love this bank amazing interest rate and so easy to do what I need to do on it and takes money out of my account right after I swiped so I know how much is left literally less then a minute later. Thanks bank moblie.
Does not work on Android Nougat but great bank. Please fix and review will go back up to 5 stars
I'm yet to be able to make a purchase with this card, and its says it's active on the app. The user is interface is for the three stars. Me not being able to make a purchase is a negative.
Great bank! I wouldn't want to bank with anyone else. Sometimes the app doesn't let me in, but I'm sure there's a way to fix that. Not many problems either.
So far so good. My first purchase failed because the card was "disabled" but it was easily fixed by turning it on through the app. Wish you didnt have to have direct deposit. 500 a month depsosited should give ALL free atms regardless if it came direct from my employer.
