BankMobile Vibe App

Easy to use, and fast money transactions. Typically get my checks a day early with direct deposit, and am able to deposit paper checks with the app. Only issue I've noticed is that it is sometimes slow to take money out, which can lead to overdraft if you don't pay attention. So far the biggest issue I've had with that is PayPal taking a long time, but other than that amazing bank.

I would love to leave an actual review, but I can't even create an account. It just opens to a login screen with 0 options to create a new account.

This is what I think about this application it doesn't matter how many times they've been updating it or upgrading it it still gonna have some bug issues no matter where the person is from my question is is this software application is it divided by any chance if it is that is craziest thing I ever heard and seen

4/12/22: Much better service 12/3/19: Went from 4☆ to 3☆ for me... Too many virtual banks able to do the same thing, so it's easy to make comparisons. This Bank has a tremendously slow response time to disputes, of which I can't access via the app. The photo image instant deposit works excellent! I don't get my daily balance text at a consistent time if at all... oh, and the fingerprint signin simply doesn't work. Being able to transfer between accounts is very good; it's quick and simple.

Having to call customers service to be placed on hold, then be told to uninstall and reinstall ap is ridiculous. If there are updates we should be notified like we are with other apps.

BankMobile App is amazing! I'd recommend to everyone! They have extensive programs, services and features available. Along with a breakdown to help you better understand exactly what some of the features are for and what they do.

I love this app alot. I'm concerned though, that the deposit function was not available for my account apparently, with no reason why. So I'm holding a check that I need to deposit to my account with no apparent way to use it. Being that I live in another state far away, this is highly inconvenient. I don't want to change banks, I've been with them for more than a decade. I really hope the banking team will fix this so I can have the same functionality as any other account holder has

I absolutely love this Bank mobile app! This is the very first mobile bank account I've ever had and it's the most easiest mobile bank account I've ever used and the last one as well for that matter! Thank you very much for being the very best at what you do oh and did I mention it's also free, that's right free need I say anything else? I think not, thanks for your time listening to me rambling on lol I'm done.

The app is easy to use. Mobile deposits can be fickle sometimes - just use the manual photo option. All activities through the bank are available in the app. Transfers, bill payment, etc. Are easily accessible.

The college I use only uses Bank Mobile for transactions. The fact that you can not use the app because you don't have a checking account, yet my money is going through your hands is rediculous. Having to log in to the main site and going through two authentication steps when I can use the app and one step with a fingerprint authentication would be nice! I already hated that I had to create an account to get my Financial Aide payment in order have it direct deposited into a bank account I use.

This is a great banking app just wish there was a branch or a way you could add cash to your card like cash app and chime. Other then that I would of given a high rating. Get paid early,and transactions are quick.

Can't really control your card.. plus real time actions like pause, stop, allow, etc... are nonexistent, also when I click breakdown; you don't provide one... don't get this app....

Bank mobile is very convenient and your funds are available as soon as it's sent to your account. Always alerting you of any funds available. There are no gemicks or scams at all, all around great mobile banking at it's best!

I love this banking app, everything is easy to access and right at your fingertips. Haven't had any problems. Had this app for years. Their customer service is amazing!

Works great for the most part, easy to use, lots of great info that's easy to find. BUT, mobile deposit is hit or miss. It can't ever read signatures or dollar amounts. That's a pretty important function, so I hope they fix the bugs in it soon. Snailmailing a check to Pennsylvania isn't a great alternative option. Also would be great if you could dispute charges from the app like you can from the desktop version.

Useless. It literally just spins the spinny wheel on the main screen and that's it. It won't let me login and see my account. What good is a banking app when it doesn't work? I'm trying to access it from a Google Pixel 2 running the latest update on Android 9. Both the OS and the app are up to date. I've force closed the app. Deleting it and reinstalling isn't something I should have to do, but I guess I might have to do that.

Options are very minimal so making a wire transfer is difficult. They have no bank so making large deposits or withdrawals is difficult. When the app needs to be updated, instead of just saying so, it just refuses to open or function. They have weird monthly charges for not depositing money. I'm going to transfer all my money to my Chase account. No fees, easy wire transfers, actual banks and they don't charge $10 for a replacement card.

Great app with nice features, but I have issues with it on my Galaxy s10+. When I want to transfer money, the bottom portion of the screen where it says "submit" glitches out and it takes forever for the button to actually work. The rest of the app is fine other than that issue. I'm assuming it's a bug glitch. Please fix and update version

I've never had a minute's trouble out of the BankMobile app. Transferring from checking to savings and vice versa is instant and it keeps the balance current even when the transaction hasn't actually gone through yet. My only complaint would be that getting a replacement card {not lost, not stolen, just worn out) kinda sucked but that's on the website, not the app.

not able to deposit checks by photo. has been this way for over a year. otherwise works as expected including great budgetting gatches. i wish the budget gadget would automatically catergorize items i have previously designated as "entertainment," for example. Peridically, I have to go in and mark each purchase in order to take advantage of the graphs and such. I recommend this app/bank to others with reservation that it has room for improvement.

App is Junk!!!! Customer service is even worse. They still haven't updated my phone number for over a year. The App is a great representation of how inept and terrible the institution operates. No, it's not as easy as updating anytime. I think I can probably figure it out by now. Fees: referring to using atm outside of network ($3+$bank), transfer from other banks... ridiculous meaning costs of these simple services. Been a customer since 2001, I don't have to be happy with it.

I absolutely LOVE my bank mobile Vibe Accounts!! It's such a great bank with a good app. A huge plus is that they're also one of the banks who offer Zelle Transfers as well!!! They definitely have students in mind too. They have very little fees to none at all. Also, you gain interest on your money everyday. You couldn't ask for a better bank or App for it. I highly recommend it. I've had zero problems with the App!

Bank mobile is a great Bank to bank with. And the direct deposit is great to have and you can even save 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

I Love this mobile app I'd rather use this then a bank, all my banking needs in the palm of my hands.

The app is unstable. Doesnt work often. Keeps telling me now i need to get a code to verify.. will not send code.. i went on the computer verified.. they dont sync.. Very annoying Still can't use it. Need verification code. Tye sendcbutton doesnt work. Cancel button sure does. All other apps on my phone works.. time to transfer all to my other account. I like to be able to check my accounts easily.
