Terrible service from this bank. The worst service I have ever received from any bank. I cannot login to the app. I have lost my registered SIM card and requested change of number. I have gone to two branches personally. I have also called and emailed multiple times. They always say they changed the registered number but never do. I am stuck without being able to login and customer service keeps lying that the number is changed. My latest case number: 1512285
I have been informed today by customer service I can not access online banking anymore after recent update, because my phone is OnePlus. I have been using this app on same OnePlus 8 Pro for a year!! This not an upgrade, this is a downgrade!!!!
It's a very good App for money trance section, but it's very better to include the one additional option of mobile recharge catagery ( friendly network). It's very usefull for to do the mobile recharge with Friendly network. I hope the developers will be consider my point and solve this as soon as possible.. thankyou .
After updating to latest version, I cant share transaction receipt. The share button seems like frozen! When i report the issue to BM support, they said me to delete all old receipts from my phone. I did so, But still its not working. Please do solve this, it is very usefull feature.
I have Infinix note 11 mobile and I'm facing app error (fatal exception) for touch id...app not work properly for this mobile
The apps has become unusable and not stable after the upgrade version. Keep flashing and refreshing the screens. Please keep this fix as its always useful to be able to do your banking while you on the move. It was all working okay with the old version. It always best to try and test the new version before releasing it to the users.
keep showing error when I open the aplication how many times i deleted and download the apps but still showing error...
I can't transfer money ..I can't even open app .. Everytime I can't the message try after sometimes
Very Bad experience after the new upload. You have to super fast like Usain Bolt to login or to do anything else, any slower and the session will timeout. Tried 4-5 times and then just left it. Tried scanning my card and even that doesn't work. Hope the app developers will do something about it and make it user friendly. Can't use it at all.
Been facing issue with new phone registration, keyboard doesn't pop up when entering OTP after login information, Please update
This app is very slow. It goes back whenever i try to do a transfer again i have to open the app and redo the whole transfer again
The previous version was so best and friendly. This updated version is totally annoying. While completing the transaction its logged out. And repeatedly rolling the same screen login page. While entering the details its again rolling the same login screen. Totally disappointing. Please look up my feedback seriously to make bug free application. Thank you.

I installed the app months ago. But still haven't been able to access it. After receiving the OTP I can't enter it. I just can't enter the OTP. Please resolve whatever bug it is. Very annoying and hinders us from using the app. I am writing this again . After receiving the OTP I cannot enter it as the screen becomes disabled. The customer service is also useless as they cannot provide any information on this. Please do something about this. More than 2 years this problem is there. If you cannot
When it works, its amazing but when it doesn't...its beyond frustrating. Sometimes it requires mobile data to log in, sometimes WiFi. Sometimes both!!!! Sometimes nothing works. You could log in 5 minutes before, logout and try again and you'd get a text message that you have an incorrect attempt and will be logged out in 4 more wrong attempts!! I'm extremely frustrated as i had to transfer cash urgently to someone and i couldn't even log in, even after resetting my password. Kindly fix it!
I was having a good experience as long as I was using the app in my old phone. But since I've changed my phone and I'm registering my new phone, the keyboard never shows up for entering the OTP. I thought I was the only one facing this but when I read the comments almost everyone is talking about the same. I'm really surprised as the biggest banking network with such a lousy app.
I've been using this app for years didn't have any problems but the past few weeks it just stopped working. It won't let me login to my account at all. I keep trying with the same details that I've used for years but it just keeps saying error, no explanation. 03/28/21 Nope. Nothing's changed. Still the same. 04/22/21 Still the same. And No one in BM can fix it.
Hello Bank Muscat What happened? This app was working fine, and now after update, it is not working at all. It stays stuck up, does not go to the login screen. I wanted to do some fund transfer, but I failed miserably. I hope you are following up, and your technical department will rectify the issue very soon. All the reviews show that everyone is facing the same problem. Please do swing into action to solve the problem. Thanks
This app goes into an infinite loop. Can't get to a login screen. It starts with what's new messages and then when complete or skip these, a login screen appears for about 1 second and then the app restarts again with the what's new messages... It goes like this for ever 😞 After several installing and deinstalling and allowing many loops, I get to login screen... Then when you enter your credentials, it will show bank Muscat logo for ever till it times out.. I guess someone forgot to test it
Bank Muscat app is very slow for money transaction India. It wil be take one and half day for transaction money..
Unable to update after November Update is released. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall without any success. Update:Finally able to install the updated app. It takes ages to receive OTP and that also after multiple attempts (resend OTP). Classic example of ruining a very good app with a lousy untested "upgrade".
Previously it's good,but now a days when I started to enter my login details suddenly it's disappeared and app become closed.. Please tell solution for this.Because am usually dealing all my transactions with this online banking app. Now I can't do anything. If we are facing this problem,then why we need to depend on your banking system. Automatically we will think of another good banking facility. Please do anything for this misfailure of your online banking systemm
The app is great and I was so glad using it, but since more than 3 months I have been facing a problem that was never solved, which is that the app does not open when I use mobile data it only opens when I use WiFi networks. It shows that the system is under maintenance, please try again late.
Managed to register in the app with a new phone but Touch ID is not working. It accepts the fingerprint that shows Fatal Exception error and and asks to log in again...did it 8 times. Still the same error.
