Clunky login. The app works and does some things very smoothly, but as others describe, the app only remembers your login name or biometric login once or twice before it stops working, and requires you to enter or set it up again. It asks me to "Enroll" my phone pretty much every time I log in, which I have done on several occasions, but am not sure what it is supposed to do.

Well...up until about 2 weeks ago I really didn't have an issue and could login with my finger print. Now everytime I open the app, authentication required pops up and I have to enter my password everytime. Please fix!! And it will not let me use my fingerprint even after I put my password in. When I select sign in with fingerprint...the authentication required message pops up .

Why ask me for a phone number when you just sent me a verification code on my phone then not accept the number because it's already in use? Of course it is... On my account... This requires you to enter some random number in order to proceed. If I enter the same number that's already on my account, let me proceed or don't require another number if one is already on file. Silly step that is unnecessary.

Doesn't work. Says info is wrong it's not. I've had to change password multiple times to access the app. Everytime I log on it I have to make a new password to access and finger print access doesn't resister

The app will all ways make you do an some type of altercation every time you close the app. Super inconvenience it almost be easier just to go to the bank each time.

Overall I do like this app. It is simple and user friendly. But it's simplicity is also it's greatest downside. You cannot access your full acct number, you have to contact a personal banker to get the password reset, and several other things. If you are only going to be looking at your transaction history, balance, and doing transfers, this app should be fine for you. But anything else is beyond this.

It is a VERY glitchy app. I use mobile banking extensively due to my travel schedule, and it's hard to count on this app being operational. I am considering switching banks with a better mobile platform. When this app is operational it always seems to take 3 or 4 tries to get it to boot up correctly, the sign out screen pops up 3 times after you exit the app... It has a range if issues. Out of the 5 mobile banking apps that I utilize regularly, this is the worst, and the only one without a finger

The app keeps coming up "authentication required". Even with the correct PWD it says "invalid". If I try several times I am locked out and need to call the bank!! Frustrated!!

Terrible login. The biometrics work for a very short time it's always requiring new enrollment which is crazy I've had this bank for 20+ years the app will forget your username randomly it will also not let you login at times with your password and you have to get your account reset which requires a trip to the bank just overall login is absolutely terrible

Pros: depositing a check is easy and reliable. Checking transactions is easy. Cons: very little information or settings. It shows my transactions, but it doesn't show the running account balance.

I've had issues with this app not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and does the same thing... It will work fine for about 2 days and then when you go to sign in, it will give you a white screen. I'm so annoyed and frustrated. The only reason it got 2 stars is because when the app is working, it gives me the info I need.

It's overall a good app. I cant save my password or use biometrics which needs fixed since literally every app, including my American Express app, does this now. But that's not too annoying and now they have a personal finance section to help with budgets and spending recaps.

I have only been able to access my account once and then nothing. Tried to Uninstall then reload and now can't get past the read privacy policy. You really need to rewrite this program from scratch. This is unacceptable for a bank that relies on online business and their customers cannot access their accounts.

I rely on mobile banking due to my work schedule and was forced to change banks due to my previous one closing. This is now the only bank in my area with a mobile app and I can't so much as transfer money between my savings and my checking. Keeps telling me the server is busy or that it can't transfer between accounts with "no transfer relationship". The mobile website was able to handle this just fine. Please fix!

I can never sign in to the app, it keeps saying my password is incorrect even though I use the same login info on a browser just fine. It also never lets me log in with my fingerprint. I've been locked out of my account before because of this app.

Why why why did you mess up the fingerprint login????? 1 star. Please fix it!!!! They finally added fingerprint login for Android! Worth 5 stars for that! Hated entering password every time! (And it wouldn't work when I tried to use saved password). Great job finally getting fingerprint!!!

Won't let me use fingerprint to log on. Does not show total with each credit/debit entry. Makes you enroll phone number each time you log on. More useful to use the web page vs this app and you might as well do that as you have to enter user/password each time

Fingerprint prompt after shutting off the option to use fingerprint is annoying. Also, it suddenly decided to ask me for my phone number to enroll AFTER I logged on with my username and password. If I enter it, it says that number is already in use (duh yeah, it's my number), then automatically logs me out. What's the fix?

Forgets my user id, and kicks me out often. Asks for a phone number and I have to click enroll, then it tells me my number is already enrolled. And back to the sign in page. The circle goes on and on. It never recognizes my fingerprint, and now is sending me an authentication text, when I enter the code it says system error. The app is fine if I could ever get in

About every week, when I log in using fingerprint, it says "authentication required" with no further info, and it doesnt log in. I then have to use my password (assuming I remember it, which I never do, and then I get locked out). What type of "authentication" is needed?! Fix the app please!

I haven't been able to use this app for over a week. It keeps saying server busy try again. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't work. I have no clue how much money I have in my account because this is the only way I do my banking. It needs fixed and quickly or I'm going to another bank.

Bought a new phone and the app opens for a second then disappears. This is not acceptable. Please update your software!!!!!!! Calling the bank is useless. They say it's my phone or my service. I have Verizon, brand new phone and my stuff is all up to date...so they are wrong. Please fix!!

9/15/19 is when this post started. The data network is busy blah blah blah. Can not connect and yes I have restarted phone and reloaded bankmw it does not work for months. Your app does not work. I would give zero stars but forced to give 1. THREE 1/2 MONTHS later still not fixed 12/30/2020 ((UPDATE)) 1 YEAR 7 months later!!! 4/19/21 same problem STILL NOT FIXED!!!
