I am also using another bank app which I will honestly say is much easier to get around, offers more information and feels much more secure compared to yours. I think you can improve yours a lot. Sorry. I hope this helps as I have been a loyal customer since I was 18 years old and I'm still holding on! 😄

Convenient and functioning when needed. Running on android 12 tablet and phone with no issue. Dont know why others have such problems. Keep up the improvements.

Account shows $261 available but $56 dollar purchase just decline. In fact, available value has looked erroneous off and on for the last week. Something's not being reconciled in real time. Last available value after a listed purchase listed was $261 last friday, it's Sunday now, which is curiously the same value shown for the account available, but there are currently $243 pending purchases . I think the pendings are not being deducted from the last reconciled available of $261.

So easy to use and an abundance of tools, payment options all extra easy to use. It's the best internet banking app I've come across and will be transferring all my banking to. Even been in WA isnt an issue.

Standard searches are missing things that i look for when using a key word. Advanced search should carry over from standard search, not just disappear only to start again. Not sure why there has to be 2 anyway. Advanced search doesn't show the day but the standard one does? How is that advanced? Still a slow app too. I like how the day is put in along side the date now. It freezes alot lately

Card not supported with either google or samsung pay, at the end of each month when pending transactions are processed, duplications are common and can leave you with nothing in your bank for a few hours, the app is constantly under maintenance, it's the only bank I know that shows both your available balance and pending balance which makes it frustrating to use in conjunction with budgeting apps. However customer service has always amazing and the quick balance widget is very handy

This app is terrible, I've had nothing but issues with it. I will be transferring to commbank because I am sick of the inconveniences caused by this app - its 2022 I should be able to access by funds by tapping on an app - ESPECIALLY given BankSAs push for online banking/closure of so many sites. Embarrassing.

Would give it 5 stars but the quick balance always has to be setup again, rather annoying little thing because quick balance is one of the most used parts of the app for me. Additionally; more recently, fingerprint login has stopped working altogether as well as the quick login PIN option. It used to work fine and when the fingerprint stopped working, the issue with quick login got more annoying because I would have to enter my full details just to set quick balance back up.

Although the app is good for getting things come on the go it keeps resetting the quick balance part of the app saying that it been a while since I've used this feature and for security reasons I have to set it up again, even if it's been only a few minutes since I've used it. This happens every few weeks very annoying.

This app worked perfectly on my old Samsung s7 edge but I've just upgraded to an S10 plus and all of a sudden the log in page is buggy and I have to uninstall and reinstall to app every single time I want to use it. Great app when it works but can you guys please fix the software to be compatible with the newer phones.

Feeling frustrated with this app. It goes down for maintenance very often, sometimes at random times with no prior warning. Recently it's started asking for all of my account details every time I go to log in, instead of just the pass code which is how it normally works. Inconvenient.

Same problem as Jason, also have S8. Never had a problem for years. After the recent update the app now says quick login is not supported and you have to login with customer number, pin and password each time. Have cleared cache, data, and reinstalled to no avail. Absolutely rubbish! Not impressed at all.

Unstable app on the best of days, I find myself reinstalling often from minor glitches. Today I can't even turn on the app without it crashing, it's like you don't use your own application. The lack of a working paywave function or even option to use your cards with most modern day paywave app makes your bank obsolete and I'll be making the effort of transferring my funds out of your bank this week.

Constant issues with app not working. Quick balance sometimes works but that's about the only function that does. Can't logon, nor access cardless cash. To be able to access app, I have to unistall and reinstall and logon each time I have done as suggested and issues remain. I am on hold via phone and will email as requested

Used to be great, but now having issues! I used to be able to log in easily and transfer funds and check my balance but now I click on the login button and nothing happens so I have to clear the apps data and add my credentials again for it to work.

constantly having to re apply my login details and set up my fingerprint. useless when I'm out and about and can't acces my online banking because of this reason. I use two other banking apps and they don't ever do this. can't stress after continued usage, multiple times a day I have to re apply my login details. this app is an absolute fail.

It's an ok app but visually very dated compared to others. Feels like a web app moreso than a polished mobile application. Can be slow to load between screens. A more modern redesign would be great.

1.) No paywave supported for phones. Other banks have been doing this for years now. 2.) The app all of a sudden cannot remember my login details, forcing me to find my information every time I want to check it. 3.) You get a far superior experience using pretty much any other bank up. With how important internet banking is these days, Bank SA treats their customers like a joke. Checking your balance on the go feels like a puzzle more than a quick convenience these days. Might be time to swap.

The instructions you are providing for the S20 are wrong. There is no "More" tab anywhere... You have to press "skip" when it asks to set up quick logon. Pi$$ed off that I cant use the app properly on my new phone...

I have recently moved back to BankSA after being with CBA for the last few years. The app is just as bad. Even worse I cannot log in at all on my Samsung S20. What would make the app alot better would be; -Able to use quick login on my phone. -Use fingerprint and face ID login on my Samsung phone -Be notified of any transactions deposited to my account over $1 ($20 is the minimum for some reason)
