Inside the bank is fine as far as customer service but this website was working wonderfully for me then all of a sudden it stopped since the update It's asking to verify who I am it will send me a Text message to my phone I never get a message so I can't proceed any further. That's the only reason why I got one star what's the sense in having a mobile app if you can't use it anymore.
We enjoy the friendly service, on line banking.
Can't access the bank unless Open
This app works great.
I have a OnePlus 5T and this app won't allow me to deposit checks because the camera software it uses is incompatible with my phone. It stretches and warps the image and the check won't fit into the box.

Very impressed with the new user interface. I would love it even more if there was an app for tablets.
It tells me I've exceeded the # of login attempts on the second try. I called the bank and was told I'm not locked out and to close the app and try again. Nope. I turned the phone off and back on then tried again. Nope. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Didn't work. Called the bank again and was transferred to a voice mail. Now my check is endorsed as a mobile deposit and this app doesn't work. If I can't put money in the bank I might as well close the account.
