It doesn't show what checks are pending to be cleared in bill pay. Therefore, I don't have an accurate balance of my accounts. There are no transactions on weekends or holidays.
Difficult to capture imag easily. Frustrating to use. And compared to other online banking check deposit systems, it is clunky, as is the process.
Fairly easy to use, just had to take several picture's, maybe my phone? pretty satisfied didn't really take long to do. First time using mobile deposit will definitely use it more often now.
I gets the job done in an unpleasant way. I had to spend half an hour retaking a picture of a check I wanted to deposit because it couldn't read it correctly.
Pic taken automatically too fast to be able to center it. Allow user to center it manually.
It is better but needs improvement to better read the mobile check deposits. BofA's app is much better and has less errors reading pictures of checks. Is also limited to $3k checks where BofA allows up to $25k
Had to take picture several times in order to satisfy requirements. I found that the feedback regarding 'unclear date' was a viable issue.
The banking and personal finance app works well. I've nevwr had any hiccups and it's very user friendly to me.

True, the app tends to be kinda slow. Esp mobile check deposits... BUT, that's a small price to pay for the Luxury of having a Home Town Bank! People who actually know your name (vs. being a number only!) and go that extra mile to be helpfully, as happened with me personally Today!! You can't have it all but they do get damn close... the care I get from Bank United & their people, well, they're more than worthy of my loyalty!! Seriously too...
