Banner Bank Debit Card Control

Terrible that I have to use TWO apps just to lock my card. Also, I just signed onto this bank & I get a notice in the mail that I'll be getting charge every month to even use this bank. Plus, I was told I'd get a sign on bonus of $100 but that never happened either. Do better or I'll go elsewhere.

For the longest time this App did not work well. Constantly spinning because it couldn't make a connection, crashing etc. However, for the last six months it has been great! No issues logging in or navigating the different options. Easy to use and reliable! Thanks for listening to my complaints and actually fixing them! I appreciate that!

Awesome feature! I almost always forget I'm using it. So checking out at any store can be a hassle, especially without my phone!

This app is unnecessary we should be able to control our cards from the regular app. App still sucks pointless to even have it. Please ignore the 1 star 🌟 can't give anything less

Honestly this app is good when it works. It never seems to though. As everytime i open it through the banner app it can't connect to servers. Clearing cache and data only seems to get it to work once in awhile. Overall its just a bad experience and a waste of time.

I've been a Banner Bank member for a while now and already love their proprietary app. This one is just icing on the cake. I think they're the first (at least one of them) to come out with an app like this. Being able to control my debit card security myself, on the fly, is just awesome. Their support staff is great too - they always answer my questions or concerns really quickly.

Sightly terrible, you have to have both Banner Bank app and this one for it to work. Even though when you activate this app, it says you can use a supplied user name and password; the bank tech support says you have to use Banner Bank's app instead. Why not just combine them?? Having the ability to control your card is nice, so the function is decent. Just some things to work out.

I have the Banner Bank mobile app and I like it. I was in the process of installing the debit card controls app but in the terms of use it mentions that you may be subject to fees associated with the use of this app but I can't find anywhere where the fees are listed. I have fallen into that trap with other banks before so I will not agree to the terms unless Banner Bank provides a copy of what if any fees are associated with the use of this app.

Works perfectly, has many robust features, an easy to use interface, and has never been down if memory serves correctly. Will stay with this bank.

I started to install this. I got to the Terms page, where it warned that I might be charged for using some features of the app. I can't find anywhere, including Banner's website, what those charges might be. Not installing it until I see in writing in some authoritative place, preferably the Banner website, that I won't be charged for using the app.

Stopped giving me push notifications all of a sudden. App is current. Not sure what the point is now, since it won't do the one thing it's supposed to do.

Having trouble logging in on the debit controls app? Go to you banner bank app, login, press menu in the top left corner and click on the "debit controls app" tab and this will automatically log you in on this app. In the next update i would suggest to the developers to make the "login with banner bank app" button on thr login page of this app do this automatically. In the mean time please put a note on your app explaining this for people. Thanks!

This is the most worthless app I've ever downloaded! It doesn't matter what limits you raise, Banner Bank overrides them. Over $5k in the account, and even if you enter $10k for a limit, they still limit you to $700 per day on ATM withdrawals. Uninstalled it after 48 hours. Might be ok to reduce limits, but not to actually set controls or limits in the REAL WORLD!!!!!

So quick to let me know when my card is used and for how much. Yesterday I ordered something off the tv and it the notification was instant and the ding was heard from the operator, I mentioned that was fast and she asked me what? I told her she laughed and said that was quick lol!

The token emails are seriously delayed by about 4-6 hours. So by the time you get it, you need to have a new code resent. Very frustrating. Please fix so the app can actually be used! Giving it a 1 star until this is fixed!

I cant click any settings in this app that would help me! Aweful app! *I think I was missunderstood. I can click on any key and it works. There is just really Nothing in the app that really helps me personally!

It makes it nice when you get those reoccurring pills that you did not ask to be recurred that they just decide to keep billing you for things and you can turn them off and take care of it without them taking it out and then turn it back on

Worst bank ever! They illegally charge Overdraft fees and Insufficient funds fee for the same transaction! I got refunded for 4 of the 20 charges and now I'm locked out of my account. I call and the rude lady just tells me I shouldn't be locked out.. That's it. Also I never opted in to Overdraft protection so these the clencher. I know you are being sued for this and I hope you go out of business

This app finally did start giving me debit use notifications, but only about half the time. App does not work.

It always says log in with the banner bank app and when you switch and do log in and get redirected back to the debit controls app it just says to log in still.

Awesome security easy to use platform. Deposit checks with a click.

It's a well-made app with comfortable functionality.

Denies everything. So embarrassing. It's like big brother slapping your hand when you use your money! Sucks 💩!
