Everytime I try to open this app, it says updating which is taking hours with no results, I have un installed and reinstalled several times. I even tried again today after waiting a week or so and still the same thing. It says updating for very long periods of time. I believe it could be hackers trying to steal information. This has been going on for at least two weeks now.

Love it. Extremely well designed. I can use it to organize my own data & records as I spend.

I don't like how purchases are automatically posted with new balance but its pending. Then when purchases go thew its not the way the purchases were made or originally posted on the acct, which has caused some major problems and accts I over drawn. Why I'm paying monthly fee for free checking so if something occurred my acct couldn't cover, then bank covers it. But not only do I live on a figured income

Mobile deposit crashed every time I tried to use it, and recently the app itself would crash the first time I opened it and I would have to open it again. Other than that the app is fine.

Just downloaded the app and tried to register as a new user. I had my debit card and checkbook sitting right in front of me. Put all my information in and when I tried to agree with the terms and conditions, it kicked me out with a "No writing permission message". Biggest JUNK app I've ever tried to use. I guess I'll just keep calling in every week to make sure my Direct Deposits get posted. Very dissatisfied with this app.

Your latest update broke mobile check deposits on the application. It is now overly sensitive with what background is needed to take a picture of the check. After speaking with customer care, it made it seem that the developers may not address this issue at all. Banterra is wonderful to use, just don't expect this app to be of any help.

Normally I love this convenient app but since Monday I keep getting locked out of my account because it doesn't recognize my password, even after customer service unlocked my account twice and I changed my password. Please fix this problem, then it will be a great banking app again.

This app helps me keep up with my bank acct I check it every day. It doesn't cost to check the app. banterra is good about notifying u when your acct has been hacked or something is wrong with it.

Would love it if my account information would actually update. It's 1pm and it still hasn't updated from this weekend and my check deposit from over the weekend still aren't showing.

Love it makes it a lot easier

Had some trouble with biometric login initially but Regena helped me get it sorted out. Good app.

It's doesn't allow me to move money from my checking to savings, but it claims to have that option.
