why the app is crashing after the identification process is completed successfully?
Poor service, they said that a VISA card would be ready in less than ten days and it's has been a month now and nothing new. They took the money, but rejected my card request without even informing me. Afterwards, I called just to realize that my VISA card isn't even took into consideration without me knowing. I fixed the problem just to fall in another hole of infinite wait again. Now, even when I go to their agency, they tell me not to come without their call, when they don't even call!
The app is simple. Nothing fancy, and get the job done. Some enhancements in UX are definitely needed. For example, when you integrate fingerprints authentication, why does one have to go through password input again? Isn't is supposed to implemented to enhance to such experience, not extend it.
No alerts or notifications when transfering or receiving funds. Also no receipts by mail in order to present where receipt is needed.
Hello, Great app as well as the service. One thing I wanted to suggest is when you want to share you foreign currency details, it just shares the RIB which is very confusing, it will be perfect if it shares the complete data: Account holder name, IBAN, SWIFT code, Exact name of the bank, The exact domiciliation of the bank. The information should be in multiple languges especially French and English. Thank you for the consideration.
Excellent app except two important things: 1. Impossible to make screenshot, really I dont know why!!!, we need to send confirmation to receiver when we make a payment sometime it take more than 4 days. 2. Please let us use our default keyboard, the current keyboard is not user-friendly at all
App crashes every time I open it
I really like this bank but 1. The app, although works, needs much improvements. Considering other mobile apps like revolut, Monzo. 2. Payment notifications. 3. The new fees for receiving international transfers are on the high side (1%)
The app it doesn't work not only in my device, please solve this problem as soon as possible.

so i created an account several months ago but i can't login to it cuz it tells me that i am logged in with another device and i didn't change my phone since a long time can't you make it that it will automatically logout if the account is inactive for a long time?
The app keeps getting closed, can't perform the authentication for documents. Absolute piece of non-professionnel app. Don't waste your time using or even installing.
Good over all , however few points really need attention, namely, transactions need to be updated and more details added (from whom, what kind of transaction and taxe related to this transaction). Secondly, i really like this bank and it's employees are the best in servicing clients however if the bank want to thrive and attract more clients it needs to expand it's offices to cover the whole territory of Algeria
The worst app ever... This has nothing to do with mobile banking! I prefer by far the app of classic banks they are much useful. You simply can't do much things with banxy app, I was among the first people who registered for this "new" stuff. But, can't describe how much I'm disappointed. I really don't advice anyone to use this service. A real mess unfortunately. Natexis needs to think seriously about what they are selling to customers and stop bulshiting them...
Banxy app crashes every time I try to open it then sent me to a browser link showing me a purple error page with the following statement written on it '' The server can not process the request because of a security error"... any solution!?
I want to ask is this app used internationally like buying stuff in Amazon or in Google play store, games and others things ..is it possible to transfer money from PayPal to this account in your bank? If yours reply is positive I might change the rating..and most importantly the trust.
The app is great but I really don't like the fact that it doesn't work in rooted devices, it's not fair, it's my phone, I should be able to do whatever I want, you have no right in restricting rooted devices from using the app.
Application Still don't work good on dark mode on my phone, even after lot of complaints to the client services. Otherwise, Still a great app and service, I can even say the best on Algerian Market.
I think going to the nearest bank and opening an account the old fashioned way is way easier than using this thing. Great job Natixis! You've made the worst banking app so far 😂
Takes way too long to register and asking Unecessary questions , waste of time , it would be easier just to go to the bank

The bank is good phone services is great the big bad thing of this apps is the login window every time u must put your password and this is the big problem why it dont use just fingerprint to login like other apps and why she dont store the password like paypal or paysera. At all the bank is good
the app is not working on my device it says error untrusted keyboard my device is huawei nova 3 oviously i would try that and no that doesn't solve the problem you have a problem with your source code that doesn't go right with huawei phones
Old and not developed services , There is no speed in dealing . Everything is complicated in this bank .
