Baqaala: Online Groceries Shopping & Delivery

Very polite staff and delivered in time and the delivery staff is very kind he leave his ID because he has to go to nearest store to change the 500bills coz he don't have change thank you till next time...

When I started to use this app. just a trial for my purchase.But they are extremely good service and customer care also very responsive in seconds. Their slot timing will be more advantage for me. I can decide which time is more suitable for receiving my order.

This is very convenient and very efficient. The delivery is rapid and friendly staff. I found that we cannot place the order of fish with the other foodstuffs, you need to place that order separately. It would be even more convenient if we can pay in one go. Thank you!

Should have option to order groceries, meat and fish together. Currently we cannot order this together and minimum cart value is is required for each order. To buy meat or fish most of the time user have to buy more than the quantity he required, just to reach the minimum cart value. Otherthan this, customer service, delivery evrything is good.

This App. has helped me a lot-from buying groceries including fish and meat. By utilizing it twice a week, it has made my grocery shopping more convenient. Excellent Customer Service too. Very commendable.

Very attractive user interface and their service also very good. Especially slots and freshness. But very lagging while placing order. Please resolve this problem.

First of all, the app is really good. And very useful during this pandemic, but sometimes i dont find vegetables are good. And whatever it appears on app its not in the store. I got calls saying that the products that i wanted is not available in the store. It was not one time two times.

I had to call their customer support for otp they said there was some technical issue, but other than that it was a great experience. Thank you for timely delivery.

I am very happy with Baqaala They provide delivery and also resolve issues hassle free. Though there have been issues with slots availability during this lockdown yet they have managed to provide slots at their best given the huge demand. Thank you Baqaala for being there in the time of need.

Delivéry and orders are good. Some goods not good quality and had problem with online payment. The lady on the hotline always saying she will send the link for online payment before dispatching ordérs but she never did. Online payment really needs solve the issue because some customer doesnt have cash on delivéry.

Very bad experience. The vegetables are of bad quality and much more expensive than any other place. No delivery flexibility as they the earliest they can deliver is at 1600. I don't recommend them at all.

Very good experience had been with baqala today i ordered meat from here its came on the time and very fresh and clean meat 🥩 but need some more improvement there is no option to show your's order after placement and 1 msg came confirmation but when click the msg it disappeared. I recommend to all👍🏻very easy in use 😊

Very accurate with the order details, sending updates with the missing orders, delivery is very diligent and efficient, hopefully the meat section will open soon for delivery slots and thw grocery section will have more choices otherwise the app is very efficient

It's very amazing app and there customer service is incomparable... Incredible... I hope they maintain the same forever. Just love this app Their services during COVID19 were incomparable, salute to all you guys.

I'm a regular customer on Baqaala. It has everything on App. Household things, Fresh fruits, Vegetables. The most i like is the delivery slot. They have so many options for delivery slot and from those slots you will easily find one that suits your time....

Great app for shopping groceries. But many times i need to order, the slot are always full in 2 days ahead. I think you need to hire more staff please 🤦‍♀️

We been using it for a while and everything was fine. But for my last order, the vegetables were bad ( tomatoes half yellow, the green chillies half ruined, the watermelon tastes like water)

Luaib area is not on tbe delivery list. I contacted tbe Customer Support number of times, they dont bother to answer the message even. It does not make any sense to exclude Luaib, which is in the middle of main areas where delivery is available.

Downloaded the app, selected the items, proceeded to checkout only to be told that they don't deliver to the area. If this information was available first, I would not have wasted my time nor would I have downloaded the app. 1 star for this lack of information.

Very good app. Only thing I don't like is that we have to pay separate delivery fee for each shopping category.

I used to use this app in my old house in alhilal, then I moved to Najma and tried to make an order however after I finish adding around 30 items and in the last step the app is telling me we can't deliver to your area!! Wasn't you able to tell me before I start adding the items once I modified my address? Never again to use such app.

I am using this app for last one year. It is very helpful to do online shopping for groceries more like a personal shopper if you know how to use them. Good quality and timely delivery.

It's easy and basically features multiple grocery lists. It's excellant app.i am used from 6 monts ..it's really good thing...i loved it.

Baqaala app is not working for me. After entering all the details with name, phone number and email I'd its asking for number confirmation. And then it's not working.

Great app, saves time. Calls you if anything cannot be found to change the order. Them seems to have found it right. Recommended!!

Don't bother, it's like one out of 10 successful deliveries. The 9 you have to call to follow up... Always waiting for more than 2 hours. Not helpful at all
