Can't log in. Haven't been able to log into the app. I can log into barmethod on the browser but not the app. Been complaining about this probably over 3-4 months now and worked with the business but still not fixed
Easy to book classes through the app. I've used it for in person and online classes.
Unable to login. Tried to Uninstall and reinstall...same issue. Says "there is something wrong with browser"...please fix

Can't log in? Not sure if it's because of the latest update.
This is a great app and if you have an iPhone it will sync to your calendar beautifully. However, I recently switched to a Samsung and for some reason this app cannot sync with my calendar? Any ideas how to fix this?
Would not accept login for first few days of latest update. Now has a log-in/update account prompt/log in loop. Still unable to access account.
Its my first time downloading this app and I love it!
The app has begun to open to a Facebook login page, with no way to go to the home page to login with my username & password. I'm not on Facebook. I have to repeatedly uninstall & reinstall the app in order to get on to the system & book my classes. Please fix this bug ASAP.
1/25/16 update now it doesn't even open. Just stays on the main screen with Bar logo and white background. Beyond frustrating! !! Need to launch this app several times in a row before ever being able to open. Great tool for scheduling and checking class size when it works but so very frustrating
Love the convenience of being able to sign up for classes.
New update removed the number of people who have signed up for the class as well as how many openings there are. This was the best feature...put it back!!!!
Opens on a blank page every time so it takes 3 clicks to get to the schedule.
Please put back the number of people signed up for a class and the openings available!!!

Four stars because it works and is awesome and extremely convenient. Minus the last one because every time I initially try to open it, it stops working. It never opens on first try....ALWAYS on the second. Otherwise, great app!

App doesn't function after update. Can't connect my account to the app, and am constantly getting messages that there was a problem connecting to the server. I'm uninstalling it. Update: uninstalling and re installing the app solved a lot of the issues. Seems to be working great now.
Often the ap will say my membership doesn't allow me to make a reservation, even though I am on the automatic monthly membership.
The login name and password i have been entering is correct but the app. Is telling me that its not. I was able to sign on using my computer. This would be such a handy app if only it worked!
This application loads way too slow and it is missing the ability to sign up for waitlist, look up schedule, etc. Can you work on tbjs. If it starts working like the one for the iPad, it would be perfect
Works for booking and cancelling but can't get on wait lists. Also can't view personal schedule / past classes or class balance. Great to finally have an app, hope it improves over time!
Its a great app to see who is teaching BUT the classes are often full and we can't get on.the wait list through app.
This so nice to have love it!

Upgrade kept on crashing on my cell. Finally fixed it by uninstalling and Installing it back again
I can't see my classes and my schedule. It keeps kicking me out and I have to uninstall and reinstall. Boo!
June 12, 2021 -- Reinstalled app hoping the scheduling issue might have been corrected. It hasn't. 😲 May 18, 2021 -- Worked beautifully for days until it didn't - and still doesn't. Please fix issues. Using the app, cannot schedule any classes in "Book" because nothing shows up, except a message stating "There's nothing to book yet But once it's ready, it will appear here." I have to enter the website to book classes, then they show up in the app as booked.
