Barbell Plate Loading Calculator for WeightliftingA beautifully simple barbell plate calculator. Enter your target weight on the Calculator screen and your plate loading will be automatically calculated and instantly displayed!
Save the plates and barbells you have available to you when you are lifting. Plate only tells you to load the plates on your barbell that you have available based off what you've setup. Plate works with metric (kg) and standard (lb) barbells and plates.

Totally dig your app! Just turned 60 and upping my game in my home gym. This app would go from great to freaking awesome if you could add ability to program various bar weights and select with one touch from calculating screen!

Does exactly what it needs to do. The rounding off feature for getting plates closest to target weight is nice.

Great app, does what it's supposed to. Go for the paid version, it's worth the 99¢ I like how you can adjust the bar weight and add plates and their quantity. I WO at home so I don't have a limitless supply of 45lb plates as some apps will assume. Only thing I don't necessarily like is that it could have a nicer UI like some other apps But no complaints here, and I've tried em all, this is the best one

Doesn't do conversions If you know how much you want to lift, and you have plates in the same measurement system, it's simple math to figure out what plates to use. What this tool needs is conversions. I want to lift 200lbs, but I find myself in a gym that only had Olympic plates (in KGs). What plates do I use? If I have to download a second calculator to convert metric to imperial, what's the point?

Great app. One of the few that allows custom weight plates and custom bar weights. Suggestions: please add the ability to store different weight plates for different gyms, make the weights visual pics and have the function of taking up weights to a goal weight.

A few suggestions that I already email, allow customisable plate weight increment, decrement; allow mixture of pound and kg weight plates, make upgrade sign disappear after purchase

Crashes when I put a custom weight of the bar with a decimal point example my trap bar weighs 22.5kg, also this app tells me to use plates that I don't have

Crashes with custom bar weight, therefore useless to me since I can't use it for the bar I have

Love it

Takes the plate math out of lifting. I just type in my weight and quickly see the plates I need for the lift!

Doesn't take note of the plates settings. Insists on suggesting 25kg plates even though it's set to 0. Suggests 3x5kg plates each side even I tell it I've only got 4. Well always suggest 2x5kg instead of 1x10kg. Which basically means I have to calc myself, which makes the app pointless. Sort out the algorithm and it'll be great.
