App opens but after login it doesn't show anything. Blank menu, blank outlet list, all sections are blank. Can't even add address, as it fails to save without any reason. Looks like an incomplete school project, the student must have failed.
Not the app but dinning, list of menu is so big, but actual menu is nothing more than 4-5 dishes, and those are also tasteless, poor service, just pathetic, don't advice anyone to go there, its better to have alacarte than such buffet
My first experience with this app and hotel is worst. I ordered through paytm and it was delivering to me by dunzo, the delivery returned the food to hotel back bcz he could not connect the call to me. Even after the food was returned to hotel. I didn't get refund, i called to customer care so many times, and to hotel itself, they are not ready to refund me.
I ordered for home delivery from this app and they didn't deliver for 2 hours. Worse, the cancellation policy on the app is not defined and they weren't picking the customer care calls. When I finally cancelled the order, the cancellation wasn't shown on my account. I don't know when I'll get my refund. Very very disappointed with the experience.
Came across a commercial on insta which offers some deals for a group of 10/15/20 pax. Instructed to download the app but on the app, no such deals were present. Notheless, tried to book a table for next day with different slots, but it says no data available for this slot. So, basically a horrible app and therefore a horrible experience. Uninstalling....
Have been to this place several times now with my family. Always pleasant experience and awesome food. Everyone in my family loves the overall experience. So this would always be my first choice though there are other restaurants provding barbeque dishes.
When I open the app, nothing much is loading. The takeaway or delivery section is not even loading. Notifications come saying there are offers, but the app has to load first atleast. Nothing is working in this damn app
Dear Developers, as of today, registered users are being asked to sign up and all my reservation is inaccessible. And today I have a reservation at the restaurant. This is horrible. What to do. And it's my birthday also. What a gift from BN. Thank You so much.
Doesn't accept my phone number. Tried several time and it says that it is invalid. Also, GPS settings are poor.
Even after completing the payment on the app it shows payment not successful message but we get an email from bbq that its successful and I can also see the voucher in the app , it would be good if you could remove the message as it confuses the user. Thanks
Didn't understand the application. Lots of bugs there not able to book and apply corporate offer while booking. BBQ, please spent some amount in application development and maintenance also.
Pathetic app. Worst Barbeque Nation experience ever. Highly disappointed; Trust me move to ABs. Their service got deteriorated, they don't care you at all. Coming to ambiance, it's ok ok. Seating comfort is highly disappointing, seating back rests are so hard. Coming to drinks which don't include in dinner, even after paying high they are the worst, just the sugar syrup. Trust me - avoid this place.
Useless application. Better don't waste your time by using this app. I reserve a table through this app, but no any update showing on this app. I purchased a happiness card also through this application. The amount is debited from my account, but no any confirmation on this application, no any confirmation message and no any confirmation mail. I contacted the customer service several times through phone and mail, no any result. I lost 1700/- Rs. Hopeless
The experience was not so good.... The rice were not cooked properly and starters were also not upto that mark. As compared to previous experiences i have noticed they have not maintained the quality. I'm not happy at all... :(
Worst food ever. I ordered chicken or fish tikka meal. The food taste very bad . The food i get is very cold. Dont buy it . It will waist your money.
I have ordered for home but Food quality is not good ,its not the first time i have ordered. Both chicken and mutton was smelling worst. Even order is coming late. Worst experience worst food quality as i tasted it and saying this.
Very useful and updated app. Fantastic experience and would be happy to use it again.
It was great. We ordered a full chicken in a box. The taste is awesome and on-time delivery. It's is good saving. We did not feel we over ate 😉 and the box had sufficient items for 3 people. Thanks to the Whitefield BBQ. It's added to our bi-weekly brunch.
Previously this app is working nicely. But now suddenly it's not working properly reservation History is not opening and the app closes its self.
It is worst app. I purchased 2 vouchers and I got only 1. They deducted money for 2. Now I just keep writing mails and no reply. Never use it !
Due to long waiting we had to cancel post going to restaurant. But then too we received message as to we canceled the appointment like 20 times which is not acceptable.
Didnt received otp while login. Tried with 2-3 numbers but of no use. Worst app experience.
Useless app. I tried to book a table but it failed. Immediately I got a call from customer care and they said table is booked. I have asked about smile point discount they said to apply it during payment through app. When i tried to pay online it asked for email but it never taken my email. unfortunately you can't pay without email id. No other alternate also. So my points were wasted. I have to settle bill using my card.
Also complained on your customer care but you keep telling me arranging call back on below issue. Also sent the same over email to you. Ordered at 8.30pm now it's 10.15... I refused delivery of order number #1207574 since the packet/box was already opened and I have not shared the OTP as well and now it is showing as delivered.
Worst UX. The add to cart button if inactive for all the items, no reason specified. Even if I open a particular item and add it to cart, the cart stays empty. And when I press the button to "Add items", the app crashes.
Bad experience. No option to cancel order. If I want to order for someone else there is option to add that person's number and name while ordering, but that number doesn't reflect on delivery person's side. Yesterday faced such an issue. My friend ordered for me, gave my name and number while ordering, but they called my friend while delivering and somehow my friends number was unreachable and due to that i didn't get the delivery.
