Subscription doesn't work and its getting very annoying now. I'm subscribed and money leaving account, Google play has this game listed in my subscriptions. Yet game keeps telling me I'm not subscribed and have ni our chases to restore! Have deleted and reinstalled several times, and have to keep setting up new subscriptions by cancelling and starting again costing £3.99 each time. Only for it to happen a few weeks later.

This is an extremely disappointing game for 1 reason, the VIP subscription. Does not work 95% of the time, I've emailed Budge multiple times. Had very little help back, tried everything, does not work. They need to sort out the VIP subscription as it is a big problem that many are facing. I will most likely get a copy and paste reply saying to email for the 20th time, but at least others can be aware that this feels like a scam, and nothing gets done about it.

My kid loves it, and I got the subscription, however after a while it goes back to how it was before the subscription, everything is locked. Now I've unsubscribed and resubscribed about 4 different times. Which is quite annoying. I try to restore the purchase but it tells me no purchase was made. Great game if they could fix this one little part.

Been having trouble with this app since the beginning. Everytime there's an update there's a problem. After updating VIP keeps going away in-app and doesn't recognize that it is paid for each month. Already tried to resolve multiple times and end up paying double each month for multiple months without access or refund. Customer service didn't help. Too bad because my daughter really likes the app. Wasted too much time and money. We are done. A refund would be appreciated... buyer beware!

This app is a mess. My daughter wants so badly to play, but our VIP access never works! It worked at first but the last two months now it says we're not subscribed and it can't restore purchases. I've triple checked my account that I have in fact been paying for it, but it's still not working, despite uninstalling and reinstalling. So frustrating that there's no one to even contact about it. Such a waste of money and now a disappointed little girl.

Having a glitch. My daughter absolutely loves this app. And she loves the new update but we are having a strange occurrence---The barbie camper door won't open and the character standing next to will make the character disappear. Everything was working the 1st day of the update and now it doesn't. Yes we usually have no problem and we love all the barbie fun.

Where did my subscription go! I pay automatically monthly and frustrating app has everything locked. "No purchases to restore" And why doesn't anyone in the company see that every one is having the same issue? And why does that person from the company keep replying to reviews the same thing? "Account is tied to the Id"... duh! We know, nothing works. Restore doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work...

We have purchased and get charged monthly for VIP access. Whenever she opens it up, it tells us to subscribe for access. I try to re-subscribe and it then tells that we already are. I try to restore the purchase, but it tells us there is nothing to restore. I am so frustrated. All she wants to do is play her damn game on and I want access to what I’m being charged for

This is a very cool game. I was supposed to give it 5 stars but accidently did 4. It has super cool places to go to and pretty clothes. You have to pay for V.I.P and I have it! It makes the game ten times better. Lots of my friends said it is really fun and it is! Can't wait to use my new clothes (really cool clothes) xx

So I downloaded the game and it is awesome but the reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it has two many ads and when you update it it takes a long long time to update then when it gets to 100% it just stops and won't update .

Barbie is awesome.You can get the ultimate experience. I only request that you need not have to pay for everything and you can only get two characters.pls do not do that!!!!All around, the game is very fun!

This game is amazing, cool i don't know what to say about it it is just amazing but i just wish if you could remove the vip i would love that and i will give it if i can 100000 stars but having the vip is so sad we don't get to go to all the places or buy everything and the most sad thing that we DON't get all characters at least unlock the characters because they are the most important and amazing thing. Please do you think you could help us enjoy playing it even more by removing the vip🙏

I like this game but there are too much adds everywhere and playing with only 2 characters is actually boring maybe you can decrease the number of adds and add some more like 4-5 starting characters. Every ingredient which is exiting needs the vip thing,I had bought it in my I pad the it was a little but good,make less adds and add more starting characters the it will be a A+

This game take a very long time to start. And it's kind of boring to only play with two characters. Why does it take real money to play the game . It's a very very expensive game and to install it takes 1.3 GB but it kind of boring that everything is locked and you can only get the unlocked the versionversion when you get the VIP access. Why does it take real money to get the ipaccess. Sometimes this game cliche very much. And the process of this games are very slow so youshould work on it

Very fun game and extremely enjoyable.🥰 I love the characters and the way they set it up is great! 💖The only reason I gave it four stars instared of five, was bc of the VIP mode. 🌟You have 2 pay 4 it and there are LOADS MORE modes and characters you can play on.💰💷 But all round utterly incredible! 😃

I really like this game but I'm giving it a four star review as there are only two characters. It would be great if there were atleast four characters including barbie, ken, a pet we can choose and also one of our favorite character. I hope you make this change but exept this issue the whole game is great.

Zero stars. Because I downloaded for vip. Worked for a bit and then stopped. Now it won't let me even look at my subscription. So I keep being charge and can't even get a hold of anyone through Google help to fix the issue. So now I have to contact my card holder and block Google play all together! So aggravating

I continue to be very unhappy with this app. I pay every month and the VIP has disappeared. The last review I left, I was encouraged to tap the restore purchases button, even though I clearly stated in my review that I had already tried that. I have a very disappointed seven-year-old who would love to play this game, but is unable to play it fully with the VIP being unavailable. I will no longer pay for this app and am extremely disappointed in the app and the customer service I was provided.

Don't pay for the subscription. My child loves the game. I bought the subscription which worked for a little while but then it kept saying she needed to buy the subscription to play with all the exclusive content, which we already had and everytime I went in to try and rebuy it, it said I already had a subscription. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. The only thing that did work was unsubscribing then resubscribing which meant I paid twice for the same month. It's doing it again.

In app purchase for monthly payment made yet the app keeps forgetting and locking the game requiring us to pay again. I've paid twice now and installments set to come out of my bank for two sets of purchase instead just one...but dreamhouse app is completely locked and no easy to find advice that works. Hoping writing on here someone can point me in the right direction for both solutions and refund on double payment for zero result.

Vip access broken. My daughter loves the game but get frustrated when the the vip access isn't accessible and asks to subscribe again. So I subscribed again and she lost all her old game. There will be two active subscriptions to the same game once you have to sub again. This is the third time it's happened now. With how much this game costs the developer should have more than enough funds to fix this issue. 🗑

Great game, I paid for the subscription, but for some reason after awhile I didn't have the VIP access, I canceled and resubscribed, still nothing, after emailing the company, they were great to help me out and even gave me a free month, again I had a problem, emailed, and again they were quick to help out, this game is for my 4yr old, but I have found I play a bit too, so great game for the ages.

The game is totally fun and entertaining. However, I pay the subscription and it doesn't let me use it. When I try to log back in it say that I don't have any purchases to restore and when press on to subscribe it tells me thts I'm already subscribed. So, until problem will ne solved, only 3 stars.

my little one loves the app, however I paid for the subscription and it worked for about 2 weeks and then it decided to not work anymore saying there is no subscription. uninstalled, reinstalled made sure it was the same account, still nothing. Faq is useless. the whole thing is disappointing to say the least. how hard can it be?

It's a great game! But I sometimes get bored of it. Like when picking the phone they won't change the pose it gets really annoying and u only get 2 characters for the others u need VIP so pls give us more characters to start with when we don't have VIP.

Have fun trying to get Budge to resolve any issues you may be having. 10 days later and they still can't seem to fix me being charged twice and I can't even use the VIP benefits I'm paying for twice! I'll just cancel my subscription, alot easier.

Activated VIP Access subscription but it stopped being unlocked a few dats after the 1st renewal. Everything is locked and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling i tried clearing the cache cannot resubscribe cannt get a refind and the restore purchase option does nothing so yeah. Otherwise the kids really liked it but everyone is ver dissapointed woth the locked people.

EDIT: It looks like they will just 'reply' to these complaints in order to make it look like they care. Then they do nothing. BEWARE!! The app is OK but if you try to buy the VIP package beware, it will probably rip you off. When I login it acts like I don't have VIP but when I try to buy it (AGAIN!) it tells me I already paid for it and to try again later. ALWAYS. That really fun with a four year old who just wants everything to work. Stinks.

Keeps being buggy. I have the subscription, but I shouldn't have to uninstall it and reinstall each time my kiddo wants to play. When it's working, she loves it. But when it's not working it's like stepping on glass barefoot. Edited 2/2 - I have tried to restore the purchase but it's still not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've checked my connection and I've double checked where it was being stored (internal vs. external storage). Thanks for the email address, I'll email shortly.
