Can't login most of the time have to go to website. Everytime it launches it reverts to spanish language and I have to set it to English again. Not user friendly at all. Needs a complete redesign.
I keep getting this error message: "Oops, your connection was disconnected... Keep calm and refresh to try again."
Too difficult to repeatedly change language settings. Not all the resorts listed are accessible on the site.
Was looking for app for my Occidental Punta Cana Dominican Republic resort. It says the hotel is not available. So app is useless for me.
Fantastic app. I was surprised, the hotel gets a warm touch with the app. You feel like the receptionist, manager, housekeeper and chef are available for you 24h. Great job guys, keep it up!
Why you want an app that can't enter your user profile and automatically sync up with your reservations? Useless.
They don't have the Riviera Maya yet, one of the busiest places where checking in takes you an hour... please hurry up!
Useless Can't even enter my email address to log in. Doesn't matter though - the hotel I booked through their website is 'unavailable' on the app
We have been coming to this wonderful hotel for the last 10 years and the refurbishment is fantastic, it must be 5 star now,
I travel a lot so far this is the worst hotel i have ever been in , such a bad customer service , their system is bad , their app is bad got nothing els to say
useless, disfunctional, does not have all hotels available and won't import the booking we already are on site for.
I'm able to log in, but it won't let me do anything. Doesn't recognize reservation numbers. In short, useless.

There's not even a place to log in. The date of the app is 2013. Certainly that's enough time to have fixed it. Time waster.
How bad is this app.....
Can not log in, have to go to the web site to log in. Have to repeatedly change language. I've given up and uninstalled this app as it quite useless
