About the Authors
Authors of seven books on Spain and Catalonia, Dana Facaros and Michael Pauls (www.facarospauls.com) have been around the block a few times. After a career as travel writers spanning centuries, they know the Mediterranean like a flea knows a dog. Currently installed just over the Pyrenees in southwest France, Barcelona is where they go for a dirty weekend and some stuffed squids.

lots of great info for planning, everything is covered and a place to store your favourites, looking forward to using the app and its maps on arrival, it's so easy to use and the price for full version without apps very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Just what I needed, when I needed it.
I purchased the full offline version of this app and am very happy with it. It is a lovely informative guide with humorous descriptions and excellent advice on how to spend a short visit to Barcelona. It has excellent practical advice on luggage storage and transports well as helpful and funny anecdotes about the history and personality of the city.
...and well researched. The authors obviously know their stuff.
Looked at several apps on Barcelona before going and this was by far the best. Enjoyed the sense of humor as well as all the practical and background info, and the pictures, too.
This is a really helpful app, including a lot of info about each attraction. I paid, so no ads and does have offline availability. I could tag favourites, and very useful feature is "near me", so if I had unplanned time I could find out what was nearby and how far it was. Lots of links for more info or to buy tix.
