Please add an option for card manament. IE: Request for new pin code or to report a lost or stolen card. I'll also like to see options to view past transactions beyond 3 months back.. Overall I may say the app has been stable so far. May I also suggest another layer of security.
Now, I'm very satisfied with the Barclays App. I can now perform my online transactions without hustle. MoMo transfers, funds transfer, standing order, bank transfers, utilities etc. It's working perfectly well unlike earlier when it would keep blocking your Internet banking access. Keep the good works. #Simplicity
Haven't been able to access the app since I updated my Google pixel phone to android 10. A message comes that, "root detected - this app cannot run on a rooted device". Please do something about it!
Why is it that for some months now when trying to send money to other banks using (GIP) the app keeps returning failed to switch at beneficiary bank. This happens for new beneficiary and even previously transacted beneficiary accounts saved on the app. I have reported to the banks customer service as well as several bank branches. Its either you Abasa or Barclays refuse to work on this problem, care less about the problem or you dont have the right people to look into the lroblem and solve it.
I used to love this app but it doesn't work anymore. Anytime I want to sign in it tells me server error. I thought it was my old phone but I changed to a brand new phone and I still experienced the same thing. I had to take it off completely
it is quite frustrating using thia app. you are given a six digit number to enter and get on board. before you enter the first 2 digits the number is gone and there is no way you can continue. bad!!!
Very good app. the omly reson I have held back one star us because there is nobway for me to see and read the full description of a transaction. a bit frustrating when i have to use the web app to do so.
Finally Absa (Barclays) Team. Well done on the upgrade from the old boring user interface. Fingers crossed for more innovations with the products. Cheers
Definitely stay away from this app and if you by mistake install it never use it for any money transfer if you want full control of your cash. Ive had the worst experience with this app and barclays bank ghana as a whole. I had a failed transaction of money to my mobile money account from this app and its been 8 days now with no refund. Worst worst worst app and bank ever. Im deactivating my account immediately.
UX is just terrible. i don't know who even built this thing. Every single activity has to load. Any action you perform, there's this annoying loading. Its websites that do this. You guys need to step up your game yeah.
It is a great app, very user friendly and so awesome with the introduction of the new fingerprint ID. You guys are awesome, keep it up!!!
The app says my phone is rooted (But it's NOT!) and hence cannot work on rooted devices. I upgraded to Android 10 a few days ago. What might be the problem?
Error message that comes when the app starts. - "Rooted detected: This app cannot be ran on a rooted device". Android 10 on pixel 3 XL
Not impressed. it should give an option to view your ac ount statement with balances which can be exported in pdf or excel etc ......
4 star cos there is an option in fidelity App which allows you to request money from your MOMO directly into your accounts. but i cant find that here; if you guys can check it out and update, would he super. thanks
Needs Improvement. If you open and use or unable to use due to network problems you can't reopen again unless you restart your phone.
The app is not even loading...and I have installed and reinstalled it 3 three times just this morning. Kindly fix it.
Not working on android 10 on Nokia 8.1. I have been using it for so long. Its now telling me my device is rooted.

The app works great so far. My only issue is with the fingerprint log in that has no additional layer of security. Anyone with access to your phone and fingerprints can easily get into your account. You guys should add another security check that could be optional to the user. For upgrade, please features that allow blocking of debit cards (in case of misplacement or theft), and unauthorized transactions. All the same, great app.
