The app is great. It has one of the best UI that I have seen in any app. The look is simple but elegant. The app works great although sometimes there are once in a blue moon issues during updates. The development team is quick to respond to issues and go out of their way to contact you to help with providing workarounds. The performance of the App is overall great. Easily a 5 star.
App is awful cant access anything and it doesnt need to be updated as theres no option
I have updated the software to the latest version and I have uninstall and reinstalled it but its still asking me to update and not letting me log on to it. It was working fine two days ago. Very frustrating when you don't know what the problem is. I have a note 10plus so it's not an old phone either.
Application was not allowing me to login. It's showing authentication screen even after entering security code. So uninstalled application and again installed, now it's asking me registration code for login and I don't have any & I don't temporary token to login on desktop as well. Issue got resolved with the help of IT help desk.
While logging in to this app, it advises for a updated version and after clicking on "update now" it is take you to play store where there is no option for update (just uninstall and open tabs are there). I have tried uninstall and installing as well but with that also I am unable to access this app.
It doesn't work, sat here trying to log in/on & it cannot connect - suggesting I check my internet connection and try again, my internet connection is absolutely fine! I need to log on asap for a new/temp RSA token - but cannot do this - I'm therefore unable to log in 'proper' without assistance from my line manager, which is just a waste of everyone's time. I also get an error message suggesting there's a problem with the 'RFL' connection or something along those lines? very poor. Plus, when you uninstall it to try and start again - you can only obtain a registration code from a Barclay's registered desktop, but I'm working from home, on a personal laptop...
Stuck in a loop. Not working for 2 days now. Still not working and on maternity with no access to the desktop. "sorry for the inconvenience" should be replaced with we don't care but we answer to pretend we do. But I expected this to happen when I was advised there will be an update. Nevermind. Some things just never change
Worked on Pixel 2 until I upgraded to Android 10. Now crashes immediately after opening. EDIT. Latest release now works fine on Android 10. Really good app and loving the new features. Good job dev team.

It's says new version available and need to update in order to proceed but when I click update option it takes to playstore where there is no update available. The interface is not good as either it should be auto update enabled or need to provide option for user to select update now or upadate later. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.I've been asked to download new version of app using Barclays desktop site but again it's older version of app getting installed. Is there any alternat
Learning videos provide deep knowledge. Unfortunately in Mobile, unable to view in full screen mode. Letters are very small with original view

Excellent, super useful! Now, to address all the recent negative reviews owing to the update issue: please check your notifications on the desktop version for a direct link - this will help until Google approves the latest version of the app on the play store
Keeps saying there is a new update, but when I go to update there is not an option to update? App will not open. * I have tried what you have advised and it is exactly the same issue? Still can't open the app
Many times staying on login without any errors or next steps. Why I need to enter password again and again with no outcome? It's blocker issue, I am sure many users would be facing this too.
The app keeps on telling me to update it, I have deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would work. However it does not, this might be an issue only for android users.

Hi, App is getting closed and thrown out to home screen, after logged in. Hope it will get rectified soon. P.S: Error msg showned as "Unable to connect - please check your Internet connection before you retry".
The app isn't functioning today. Asks to update to a new version to continue but there is no new version to download. Tried on google pixel as well as motorola mobile. Looks like a defect introduced in past couple of days. Needed urgently to generate temporary RSA code. Please fix asap.

Why can't I access Alvaria(Aspect WFH) I have been using BarclaysNow since 2010 and I tried to update the latest version and it does not show in Tools and links this is another frustrating digital journey 😑
A useful app, especially when working from home or in meetings as it's a very quick way of navigating internal tools and using the phone book.
No update option available moreover update option only available for IOS mobile user. Can you please provide update option available for Android user... Kindly advice And also I'm tried serval times desktop home page download link.. That link only applicable for IOS mobile user not for Android user.. Still facing the same issue... Please sort out the issue..
It's not working for me after I guess weekend maintenance. I tried to download the app from portal page following instructions however it downloads the app and when I try to open it keeps going in loop and asks to update and takes me bck to play store
Doesn't work. States phone is rooted which it is not (huawei p10). Still doesn't work two years later, prompts for an update but no update available.
Same as previous review. Regardless of how many times i uninstall and install again or what channel i use to download (follow link from sms, scan QR code, search) the result is the same- keeps you in a loop. Please fix asap
