Along with other users, the connection to amazon has failed. The main reason fo choosing this app as a database is gone..
So this app seems to be useless now. Has anyone come across something similar that works reasonably well?
Best inventory app
Update: quite some time ago the automatic backups stopped working, getting errors from Google and Dropbox. Email to the company received no answer. I still like the app so doing manual backups. Original review: I'm using this to create a home inventory and it's fantastic. The feature to search Amazon by barcode for item info is a real time-saver. And I love being able to enter information using the voice recognition. This is easy enough to use that I actually DO use it so I'm able to create and maintain our home inventory (for insurance purposes, among other things).
Have previously sent emails... no resolution. Amazon link is failing. App cannot find any scanned ISBN #'s, or details. Option under Admin tools, to update images, does not work either Would be 5 stars if the problems were resolved! Yes, I'm having all the same problems as other users. App is no longer useful, not too promising if developer has abandoned this app, and I'm guessing the same goes for other surf lab apps...
***Update*** Sadly, it looks like the developer has abandoned this app. Like everyone else, I an unable to open a back up of my collection. The ability to scan an object and have it search Amazon no longer works, and that was such an amazing feature. Now to find something that comes close to what this app used to be. Very unfortunate.*** I've been trying to find an app that would allow me to scan bar codes and gather all the info on the item. This is the one. So far it has been great and the only reason it did not get 5 stars was because it could use a few other features. I have since emailed the author and hope to hear back.
update: Having replaced all my devices with latest spec machines this paid for app NO LONGER WORKS. It has been abandoned by the developers, and my extensive databases are inaccessible. Oh thanks a lot guys! Bless you too...

Have to revise and downgrade review, it longer seems supported. Can't restore backups, have tried contacting developer but as with others no reply. Shame it was great at what it did.
Great app for a home based business. Great time saver.
AMAZING app...only change I would make is that adds the price. Otherwise total thumbs up...just what I was looking for! 😊

Still would like to see external Bluetooth scanner support.
Have been looking for the compact, lightweight, fast and mobile app, to run up to 20K inventory. This program will do, if you have enough of the memory. Have been running into some problems, not because program has a problem, but I don't know what to do. Wrote my question to developing company, and received help. My suggestion is to use Dropbox, to back your inventory, since any device can fail.
Problem is that it is only using Amazon and can't find products. But when using Google testing, uses Google and finds the products. It is not using both. Otherwise a good app.
It was awesome before. Now it takes me to shopping for an item when I hit amazon for the barcode.
I know I have downloaded almost every inventory app available then finally found this one! After only 20 minutes of using the free demo version I knew I had found what I was looking for and purchased pro! Awesome!!
Would like response to multiple emails regarding the availability for compatibility on android tablets. Just having on phone is hard on eyes
I'm building a fabric inventory for a new clothing company. There was no easy way to download the details to interface with our databases. Although still in the database building phase, this has streamlined much of the work. The only thing I wish for is more descriptions for sku/barcodes from craft stores like Joann's and Hancock's. I can always dream!

I have used this app for many years but now backup and restore functions no longer work and probably other functions have failed also. No response from developers. I am screwed.
