Barcode Scanner For Walmart

Absolutely worthless. Once it scans a barcode it plays rediclous fullscreen ads for 30 seconds without a side view of what you are looking for then gives you links to places to buy the item from other places. This is just advertising company pushing their clients on you through the guise of a useful tool. Total trash!

Another useless barcode scanner. Because most of the Walmart stores have removed their in-store pricing kiosks, using an app is usually all that is available. Too bad none of the ones I've tried work. I don't want the online price, I don't want to see "in store only", I want an app that will tell me the price of the item in my hand. Perhaps this is too much to ask. Walmart, you need to reinstall your pricing kiosks.

When I scanned an item, it said it was not available then opened an ad playing a full screen video disabling the back and home buttons so I had to use the power button to get out of it If you're going to put ads, use banners, not full screen videos that disable the back and home button on something that's meant to scan items in the store.

I just downloaded this app and it seems to be very effective. I was enthralled by the nonsensical rantings of the poor , insufferable souls who seem so tragically affected by this app, I decided to give it a try. I scanned a total of five items. It was responsive, surprisingly so, especially when I scanned an item that I purchased at a completely different store. (Not Walmart or Walmart affiliated) I even tried compromising the scanners beam and scanned from different and awkward angles. No prob

Bloody aggravating. Could not get it to work. I have to use the Walmart grocery app & it puts stuff into my online cart!. What a hassle. They used to have machines set-up in the store & that was awesome but removed them. Can't make nothing easy! While I'm griping, I always use the curbside, but the app and the website is so difficult to make an order. It glitches more than anything I've ever seen. Takes all day. Just FYI, As much money as I (& U) give them, you would think....

My wife and I tried this last night. We scanned a number of things, and each time an ad would display then we would get a message that they didn't have the product we scanned. It didn't give us the price even one time. Now uninstalled.

I love this feature! It helps me to see, at a glance, what store prices are even when they are not clearly marked. I can even scan sales and clearance items to see if they are that price and if they might be even more less expensive than what they're marked.

When it does work, it's great, pulls the item up on the site right away... but maybe one out of 10-12 items hits. Most come up nothing so it's not worth the effort. Hell, even Walmart's app does the same thing.

Excellent app but by rucksack same ones make ad blocker also excellent application forget all those others

I LOVE, LOVE this app😄‼ I just downloaded it 3-days ago and have not yet been to Walmart. But, since I shop Walmart exclusivly, I have plenty of their barcodes in my home. I've been running around my house scanning everything...and it works great! I can't wait to use it at the store this weekend!

My experience w/this app was horrific. My 1st issue was getting the result of "Couldn't find item". That's fishy because I got said item from Walmart's isles. The second hurtle I was expected to jump was to somehow not tap the strategically timed & placed fullscreen ad when all I'm trying to do is scan another item. These developers took extreme measures to try to dupe unknowing users into being redirected to who knows where. Maybe get an honest wage for once in your life developers. Pathetic

Not what I wanted, I was hoping when I scanned it, it would let me know the on sale price, but just tells me regular price. Was at Walmart last night found kid shoes on sale for 3$ but when I used the app said it was 16$ when I took it to a scanner at the store said 3$ so pointless for me.....

Useless! Scanned an item and all that came back was spam ads, video ads and nothing about the item scanned! Pure junk! Needs to be removed from Google Play, it does nothing, just produces advertising and nothing else!

I hate walmart...it HAS became more of a distribution center than an actual place to shop . There is never enough registers open and the self checkout attendant/employee is always busy helping someone due to the registers always having some kind of mishap. So therefore because walmart wants non employee/aka customers to check themselves out so they don't have to pay an actual person to do it because walmart really is in no financial condition to pay someone. I mean there only BILLIONAIRES...

Pretty accurate, the majority of the time. I have found a few things that would not scan. But in their defense, it would not scan at the register either

So far, so good.... Basically, there's like 75% LESS of the msgs that come up after a scan & say, "Sorry, we ain't got no dam idea abt your stupid prdct, so kindly take an extra 3mins outta ya' day and enter the product info. in our database and we'd appreciate anything else you can do 2 help our pathetic application get utilitized more"...... Well, maybe not exactly as I said but, you know what I'm sayin', anyway, yeah it's good and I'll probably end up buying the version w/o ads and stuff...

Garbage. Ad popped up the second I opened it. Scanned multiple things and it couldn't find a single one. Absolute trash.

Great app. Some simple bugs from time to time, but overall a good and helpful experience.

Put this in my phone & it doesn't work. It's a shame really. I shop WalMart all the time & I am always getting price checks from employees or from the occasional working pole mounted scanner. I was hoping this app was real. But it isn't. Why do people write positive reviews for this? Anyhow, stay safe.

I'm having trouble with that app on my phone it never wants to bring up the price it just wants to tell me how many there is just very disappointed I have a hard time with my phone because I have memory problem so it is very disappointing hope I can get it improved

No mire shall i run Round the store looking for scanners on the pole...that sometimes arent there. Also, no more finding out at the register -the price was wrong- 100% great!!!!

This is a worthless thing it never scans anything you can scan something and tells you that the item isn't even in the store and you're standing right into damn store holding it in your hand but it doesn't have it because it's not available in the store to church standing in

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Scanned 24 items trying to get a price and not a single barcode can be read! Waste of an app! Another pathetic excuse for removing the in store scanners!

How did I get by without this app?! I have a small 'basement' business in retail arbitrage. The first day that I used this app, I was able to locate 5 times the target merchandise, helping both my small business, and Walmart to effectively open precious " shelf space " when they depend on it the most.

It can be a little slow but other than that, it's accurate and you can find really good deals because I normally walk off if there's no price tag

Doesn't work. You have to go on Walmarts website and use the barcode scanner on Walmarts website or app. This app is useless because Walmarts app already does this and it doesn't work anyways.

During quarantine and paper items placed on shelves with no prices? This came in handy! Especially assisting elderly on a budget!
