Please add a feature for tax reporting for SBN. Please do note, you are no longer the only apps which provide easy access to SBN anymore, and the other apps ALREADY implemented this feature.
seems like there's a little bit bug, I've tried login but it keep looping a splash screen for 2-3 times and then the app closed by itself. already tried using wifi and cellular data but both doesn't work.. im using oppo a5. already solved by reinstall the app.
After several complaints, i update my review. Issues of otp can be solved if you update the app. Hope it helps others.
Bareksa app has come a long way, yet it's only the UI evolved. You guys need to implement a feature that is standard for every investment app today. I'm talking about 2FA using authenticator app. The UI is good enough now, yet i think i will like it more if it has a dark mode. Dark mode will preserve the battery more for me, and it's also easier to look at when i'm on dimly lit places.
Getting tired of failed selfie attempts, failed twice saying there was an error with my selfie, doesn't match my KTP photo. Well I only have one face from my first KTP photo till now, are you saying my face isn't the same? I don't have any surgery done. Uninstalling, seriously infuriating

Read a lot of bad reviews here about this app which I don't understand since the app works very well on me! Customer services have been so nice and helpful (by email), but the most important thing is they are responsive, obv during the work hours only, even it took them 1-2 days to reply but that's okay I do understand. UI/UX are pretty much okay & not confusing, at least for those who don't know much abot UI/UX stuffs. But, of course, some improvements would be very appreciated👏
A terrible customer service using reply template as solution to non-template issue. Have been emailing them to process my registration review because according to them I haven't upload my ID while on the app it said that the ID application have been successful and currently under review... For almost 2 years now. Ipotgo has a better customer service that can understand my request, definitely not a chat bot and Bibit has an excellent and easy user experience. I recommend those two apps instead.
Couldn't log in with either finger print and PIN. Few days ago there isn't any problem with it until today. Please fix the problem and do not fix something that isn't broken. Currently running on the latest version. Cheers. :) (Updated) Everything is normal now. Good job for your fast response. 👍
Easy to use but the UI still need to develop.. also add the payment system like Dana and gopay with no fee (free for all e-wallet payment and virtual account). Overall good and so many option investing. Thank you bareksa. Keep up the good work ! 👏🏻👍👍
The app has a really great UI. it's easy to use, navigate, and friendly to such beginner like me. I've been using it since 2018 tho, and they (so far) never make me dissappointed! Keep up the good work!
I give this app 1 star only because when I did registration, the system said it was null during the input of bank account number. I will not change this review until bareksa can solve the issue. Call centre also did not help alot in this issue. It seems costumer services (cs) always using reply templates as solution to the non-templates one like in my case. They forget what the fundamental purpose of cs is.
The : Lupa PIN button doesn't works at all. I can't login at all other than the web version. Have a talk with your programmer. Update: the problem is already resolved. Thank you for the quick response.
Pls add a feature that notifies when the targetted items are in desired price (as in travel apps). As a newbie, I really hope that there will be a feature that prevent buyers to buy when the market is closed like in holidays. So eventhough you're interested to buy, you can't because the system automatically says "you can't purchase the items because the market is closed". I blve there will be more 5-star ratings. Just purchased at a higher price bcz im not aware that the market closed on 26th.
Gold price is not updated. The booking confirmation wasn't correct. You will get less gram of gold when you buy at 10am-3pm. It's weird. Already asked by email. It didnt help. They said because I bought after 10am so they used the "updated" price. But when I bought at that time the price wasn't updated. If they said so, please fix the price precisely at 10am! So we know how much we buy after that time
Beginner friendly. Easy to use. Sometimes it blinks and keeps on closing when opening the app. Make sure to update to the latest version and it is fixed.
Halo bareksa. I really like this app at first. But after update to newest version, I can't check my previous transaction. All the datas are lost. Please do check the stability of newer version 1.0.71 Update : Thank you. It works so well!

Want to give it 3.5 actually. The amount of mutual funds available is the most among the same fintech but I think the UI/UX is the worst. Better to improve the UI/UX.
Good app with a bug. The fingerprint scanner shows up everytime I'm navigating back to homescreen. Updated to 1.0.27 but the problem persists. I'm running Android 10 on OnePlus 7 Pro.
I've tried to register and change my bank account detail through the website, but the confirmation token button didn't work didnt get any messages and can't change the bank detaol. tried to email the customer service but didnt get the information. they said someone will contact my phone but no one contact me. poor apps.

Hopefully Bareksa will keep up the good work. ----------- Previously, I make transaction through BukaReksa. But they got my name wrong. So, when I opened this app and sign up with my email, it's directly connected with my BukaReksa account which has the wrong name.
Ease to use and user friendly
Good apps, easier to make investment without filling up bunch of paper. Need more option on payment, or if possible regular schedulle payment from credit card or direct debit.
The payment confirmation too buggy now after 3 years using it. I can't comprehent the problem tbh. Especially failure to change status when payment already paid using payment gateway or even when using manual transfer upload. Please discipline your software engineer. This never happen before for 3 years.. yet happen now.. please pay attention to this. This bad experience made me mad tbh..
