Bariatric Keto
How it works: Once you login to Bariatric Keto app you can access your daily meal plan as recommended by your counselor, grocery list, log foods and activities to track your daily amount of calories consumed or burned during activities, and compare those numbers with what has been established by your counselor. Bariatric Keto's cloud account also allows logging online via a web based portal. Regardless if you log on your phone or the cloud account, all data is sync'd up and down. This logged information can then be viewed and monitored by your nutrition counselor for better coaching and compliance to your personal plan.

Bariatric keto made easy! Everything you need is right in front on you-menus, shopping list, etc. All created specifically for my macros. No more searching the internet for hours trying to come up with a meal plan. It's all at your fingertips now
Tells me what to eat to lose weight. Customized to my individual macros. Food is delicious although some meals take more time to cook. Allows me to trade foods I don't like for ones I do. I like that training comes free with the subscription. I got to talk to a live person who stepped me through the app.
I love it. It helps me plan anything and can change it up if I want to. A great tool to have in my weightloss journey. A++++
App is super easy to use. Have all your info perfectly inputed. I love it. It even logs your meal plans for you ! Sincs to my fitbit.
I'm really interested in this app but unfortunately the developer is still not providing very much information and the reviews that I have read are not very good I'm going to wait a while and see if things are updated before downloading

Keto just wasn't for me, but there is no option to cancel my subscription. I'll have to cancel my card.

How can you create an account?
I was offered a 2-week free trial. The info showed different levels of membership, but nothing was explained. No length of time, what's included, etc. The only option I had access to after my "free trial" is $27.99/mo when options were as low as $9.99/mo. Then, found out the app is not in full release, my "free trial" is a part of their beta testing. They still expect my cc info and I have to cancel 5 days before the end of my beta testing or be charged. Wouldn't recommend anyone touching this.
