BarkBox

App used to show what you could expect in your box as well as allowing you to review each item received. Nothing loads now, hasn't for months. Very disappointing that there has not been any update to correct this yet. All it says is that there's nothing show.

It's true. You're dog will change the way he looks at the mail man. Anytime we get any sort of package our dog assumes it is for him and starts happy dancing. And when it IS the bark box he's like a kid on Christmas morning. Every time! As far as the app goes, I have had no issues. It lays everything out pretty simply. My only recommendation is that they incorporate all of what the bark shop has to offer in the tab menu on the left so that I can buy all the extra things right through my app.

money well spent! my pup loves her barkbox and freaks out when it arrives! she has so much fun opening it up and playing with her new toys. I rarely buy anything from the pets stores anymore as this is so much more financially friendly and user friendly! staff are amazing and if I've had issues for whatever reason they have always been more than accommodating and helpful!

It's a nice box full of goodies for your dog (s). The toys are sturdy and very well made. The treats are made in the USA so no worries. Also included is a wrapper with funny dog stuff on it. My two dogs love it when the box comes. They each select carefully which toy each wants. Sharing comes at a later point.

We love Bark Box! Always great treats and fun toys. We have a Super Chewer box and a regular box and both are great! Only had issues with on of the Super toys and it was replaced right away without charge! Definitely the best!

Bark box is awesome! But the app is a little difficult to navigate, and when I try to contact someone it seems like all the agents are busy.

The app and the products are great. the app is easy to use. it's easy to contact support of you need it. my dog loves getting his boxes every month.

This app used to be amazing i could see what was coming in my box and I could review each item. Now all it ever says is that there is a problem and nothing to show. Please tell me you will get this app working again very soon!

Both the bark box app and the items are amazing. Customer service is wonderful. There are lots of helpful people and options to fit your needs. Both myself and my dogs love bark boxes.

It's a scam, when you choosed a plane it just automatically changes you every month even the plane was over . I'm been charged twice after my plan finished and I contacted the customer service they said it not gonna happen again. But it take money off my account again and I even haven't received box from last month yet. They didn't refund me last month by their mistake and didn't send box either.

This app is wonderful to order a lot of different things for my pets,and they are always accurate with the toys and treats for them, I'd recommend this place to anyone with pets,Awesome place

I enjoy getting my dog a little something every month. Every month he gets two toys, two bags of treats, and a chew. When we get the box in the mail its like he already knows it's for him and he gets super excited to go through it!! I've been subscribed to barkbox for two years now and i don't regret a single dollar spent. My dog loves it and you know what they say; Happy Dog, Happy Mom.

everything that we get is top notch stuff. not like the cheap stuff from the stores. I'm not afraid to leave my fur babies alone with the toys and not worry that they will eat or choke on any pieces of them.

I love everything about BarkBox. The app is super easy to use and so is the website. They have amazing customer service. A true pet loving company.

The December box arrived after January 2 and I couldn't get anyone to speak with about it. The app doesn't show what is coming anymore. I am seriously disappointed and dissatisfied with BarkBox.

My dog, Rodger absolutely loves BarkBox! Everytime he saw the package at the door he knew exactly what time it was. These toys last forever and still have the originals from the first box almost a year ago. Definitely worthy of 5+ stars!

Willow is loving BarkBox! It is fantastic! The staff are so helpful and it's great to be able to get some monthly fun for our girl.

My dogs LOVE to get their box every month, the toys and treats, if I had just 1 dog, would not need any extra treats, but with 3.... is a good thing that 2 love toys and the other loves the treats!

BarkBox and their customer service are excellent. I've never had any issues with the app. It's simple and easy to use.

My boys and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I have a black lab and a Rottie and NEITHER of them have been able to destroy or even "hurt" the toys so far! I'm extremely impressed! They even tear apart Kong brand toys!

My dog is a Super chewer he likes the treats but he likes very few of the toys. I paid for a year and will not be renewing.

I love the app!! You can choose whether or not to see your surprises and the customer service is outstanding!

I was disappointed in there delivery. They couldn't find my order and had to reship it, which took forever. Never again.

it's like Christmas every month not only for my pups but for me too. i love that its always themed and we take advantage of the double box months whwn they come around!
