FORCES you to create an account BEFORE you even enter the app! I don't give my information out until I decide I WANT to! Have read good reviews and like that the walkers aren't charged a commission, but the inability to explore the website before deciding I want to be a customer (or Walker) is absolutely ludicrous. I'm surprised the company is still in business!
Dog Walkers are great, the app is broken. I currently did not need a walker but I get text messages everyday from people saying I'm requesting a walker.

This company and their service are incredible! Their walkers are very well trained, communicative, and accommodating. Really couldn't ask for more from a service I'm entrusting to care for my fur baby!! My dog is a rescue and needs an experienced hand - the Barkly team has done wonders for his temperament and always leave him tired and happy! The post walk emails and walk feed in the app are such a nice touch and the fact that they're available in an hour's notice in case I'm in a jam makes this service something out of a dream!!

My walker is good but the customer service from this company is NOT good. They do not respond to emails or calls. Also, the feature that shows you the walker's walking route has been broken forever. The website is also more user friendly then the app. Payment method on the app does not sync with website which is a pain. So in a nutshell, this app is BAD and there is NO customer service. I recommend you look for another dog walking company that doesn't have all these issues.
