I love this app but it has one huge flaw. Online purchases and some in-peraon purchases can take forever to show up on your account which makes it really hard to budget when you live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans these days. It's even worse if you made a large purchase because it can take a week to process and show which can mess up everything.

I love the convenience of the mobile app with BFCU, it makes my life a little easier, I'm able to check my account anytime night or day, conveniently transfer monies from one account to the next without having to call or go in the bank. I receive text messages when my balance is below a certain amount, or deposits & large transactions. I am able to check ALL transactions such as balance, deductions, withdrawals, payments, etc. Its truly awesome!

The app is very user friendly. I love using it. It makes banking and paying my vehicle note so much easier and more convenient. The only thing that I find a little bothersome (very little), is the way mobile deposits look when I snap the check. It always leaves me unsure as to whether it will be accepted or not. But, so far they always go through, so I guess it is ok.

I absolutely love this app. It is so simple, and allows you to get things done with ease! The bank itself is fantastic in every way, and im glad their app is just as good. Banking info doesn't take long to update, and have never had banking problems or glitches. The ONLY thing I wish I could do, would be clicking on each individual purchase description to read the whole thing. Mobile only lets you see part of it. Gets a tad confusing trying to figure out which purchase is what.

Easy workable dashboard. Double entry security. No excessive info, just upfront clear and concise. Kudos to the team 👍 A year later and I am still happy with the app 😁 Just a small request, the Accounts icon at the bottom should take the user back to the view of all accounts. Instead, I have to use the back arrow at the top after say, a transfer.

They have made some changes like removing the biometric login and the app will not accept auto-fill so either I'll have to type in my username or the password but you cannot auto-fill both, which defeats the purpose of using an app to easily access your account, the things that you can do is minimal so it is really pointless because you end up being redirected to the website. So I'll be deleting this app at this point it is just taking up space on my phone.

I've had an account with BFCU for over 12 years. I like the fact, when they call me about transactions they think could be fraudulent. This has happened to me 4 times and BFCU Fraud Dept. contacts me immediately! It happened again in February (3) in the amount of $105. I had to cancel my debit and file a report at BFCU. Within a few weeks, my money was back in my acct. When BFCU says they're here for You, definitely true to their words for their customers. I would recommend BFCU to anyone!

I don't know how people banked without online banking! Lol. I like it so far especially now that I'm having difficulty walking. Only issue I've had is occasionally having to set up my fingerprint for access. Keith 😎

This app works perfectly everytime! It is user friendly and helps to maintain not only my savings and checking but also my joint savings, my platinum barksdale credit card and my loan through them. I can pay both the cc and loan through this app. Love it!! Transferring is a breeze too.

Love it! I'm able to transfer money between my checking and saving, mobile deposit checks, set bills on auto pay, get alerts on deposit amounts large or small, get a weekly text of my current balance, and more. Great app!

I guess it does what it's supposed to for the most part but it would be great if I could access rewards in the app. Also, the bfcu website indicates that Zelle p2p payment is available in the app when apparently it is not yet ready. Kinda confusing and causes more work for your customer service to explain why a service clearly advertised on the website is not actually activated in the app yet.

Member for 16 years. Very dependable organization. Continues to improve their app, but sometimes it forgets passwords on upgraded versions. Their people have always been very friendly to me.

So far, it's great. Every bit as good as the national bank I use as well. Both apps are working pretty much the same. Easy to navigate and offers several nice features, like mobile check deposits.

Recent updates address any accessibility issues I had. Mostly personal preference. Good job! ::UPDATE 7/19/19:: The app only gets better as time goes on. This is by far the best and well thought out banking app I have ever used. The developer really knows what to focus on, dare I say they must use the app themselves?!

Overall, the app is pretty good. I'd like better push notifications. Text alerts are too long. Automatic card payments is not reliable.

It responds to my purchases in real time. But sometimes it "Cannot display at this time." Pretty good overall, easy to use and make transfers.

Works great, has no issues, except the fingerprint scanner fails to recognize after a few uses. Super easy to use.

Easy to use! I do most of my banking via phone or on my laptop. Can make deposits, do transfers between accounts & receive preset notifications. Great app!

Have been using the bank and app for years and have no complaints. It is easy to use and the customer service is outstanding! Thank you for being a great bank to be a customer of!!!

Barksdale Federal Credit Union is great!! The people are nice. The building is accommodating. They have handicapped doors and a play area for my 4 yr old. The app is simple and straight- forward. My exp has been pleasant from the start.

Managing my checking and savings is easy and works great. Zelle is useless. Bill pay works good except it won't let you send money to someone else's account. They mail your payee a check, which is a hassle.

Its very easy to use. The online service is always up to date with the right prompts. Tells when open and closed in areas. I love this Credit Union.

TO THOSE THAT ARE GETTING "APPLICATION ERROR" WHEN ATTEMPTING TO USE MOBILE CHECKING DEPOSIT: Go to settings - apps - BFCU Mobile Application - Storage - Clear app data and clear cache - force close application and restart. I was able to successfully submit a check deposit after performing these steps.

Love the improvements to the app. Love that I'm always able to complete multiple transactions without a problem.

It is handy and wonderful to use the only down side is when doing updates to the app you can't login. However the updates are far and few.

Zelle option? I like everything about the app. It's very convenient and simple however, it's been saying for weeks that ZELLE was coming to the app...what's taking so long?
