The application needs improvement. It suddenly stops working, the share fluctuation freezes all the time. Kindly look into the matter. Lost a good fair due to the slowness of the application and inability to modify the order on time.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst trading app ever. BOB kindly test your app and then release it to the public instead of wasting our time. Can't make trade calls. No proper display of portfolio. And the customer care doesn't fricking pick up my calls, I'm on line since the last 19 minutes! Needs so much to work on. I'd rather transfer all my shares to some other demat account. What a waste of time and energy is this application. I'm so frustrated right now!
Terrible app. Booked X number of shares at a time and it were book at three different time Costing ne more than the rate I Booked at. Even after successfully placing an order it takes upto a week to show in my account. Doesn't shows net position either. Also I should be able to see the final amount (share price + brokerage charged).
Always ask for change of password during each and every login. Always shows wrong password even it is right I have to again and again regenerate password through forget password link. Very annoying app. OTP generation request is also very slow, not able to make fingerprint login due to this. Pin generation is also very bad showing old pin incorrect. With such problems how can I do proper trading in this App.
Pathetic app. Every time when I login to the app it asks for password. Even after giving correct password it give message incorrect password client attempt failed. Worst app by BOB. Why don't you give pin at login page. Also it is not user friendly at all
Cannot login into the app. Account created but password is still not asked to set. On login page app saying that enter the password. How come??? Developers have not given interest in debugging the app. BoB advertises to invest in demat through them... but not providing any means where customer can access their own investment. Very disapointed.
Application regularly getting holding view error. Customer care will not respond even we call after several times. Please upgrade your services. Application is very slow, not responding regularly. Is the the india's international bank (bank of baroda) standards?
Horrible experience in trading... Slow and most unreliable trading application ever. Need to mark shares as blocked for selling. Sometimes you have to email them in case stocks cannot be unblocked. Furthermore takes a long time to view dp holdings. Bank fund holding process is slow and freeze prone. Not just this mobile app, even the online trading app in Windows is no better.
Worst app , highly inconvenient to place order. It does not have customer friendly interface. And too heavy on mobile. Kindly make it simple and user friendly like hdfc securities , Angel Broking and even Samco are better than your app. Your App and web version is not customer centric, Kindly accept your app is worst app in the market.
Worst app please go & download different app if you want to invest & do trading. This app doesn't even have indicators, you cant even place BTST/STBT orders. And even the developers are not bothered about the reviews they have just for the sake of making the app they have done their job. This app is only to see that where the market/stocks are going up or down that's it. it's a humble request to the developers please bring an update of indicators, BTST/STBT & many other important services along
Worst trading app. One can neither view invested value nor gain/loss percent for stocks. All of a sudden app stops working all stock prices freezes to zero
Worst trading App ever Requesting you all to never trade with BOB I am tracing them from last 6 months for a minor issue that I can't trade from my App. I can't hold funds using app, already wrote emails, called them 1000 times but no positive reply result is still the same.
Worst working since 21.04.2020, very slow in opening. Shares list does not appear on first page, other features are also not opening. No body picking phone on call centre.
Poor App. No details of fund value and return as on date is not available. Only latest market value is shown in holding details. However purchase price and return should be shown as on date/real-time basis for each stock and portfolio as a whole.
Having a great experience on the move when I am not able to sit by my laptop. How & where can I view my portfolio, looks like this point requires the attention of the application developers. I expect an answer to this. WHERE DO I VIEW MY PORTFOLIO ON THE APPLICATION?
*SERIOUS NOTE* It's a worst trading app I have ever seen. I'm not able to login into my account. Because of that I faced many losses. *ADVISE TO APP DEVELOPER* Please do look into this problem it's very serious.
worst app ever 1) not a user friendly app 2) i am calling the support helpline for 3 days..... nobody answered me 3) funds not getting transferred 4)my savings account was not linked with my demat account...... so i called them and told i hav issues regarding order getting rejected....after that they initiated the linking process....still no update or process completed 5) it took me 4 months to get my demat account opened. had to visit 2-3 BOB branches many times.
Downloaded the app with lot of expectations but the app functions very rarely. This is a real loss of opportunity for investors. Very much disappointed.
Need more improvements. We are not able to trade securities until you release it on 4th or 5th day. It is too time consuming. In all other trading apps provide security for trade on the very next day. Kindly take the note.
why you are taking T+2 days for fund release. because of this, most customers are shifting to others. Another issue is, average buying price not available in any menu. kindly add it.
Not working as per expectations being a part of Bank of Baroda it is lagging way behind as far as app performance is concerned as when it's high time this app is down maximum time.So is useless as when it's required the most it's not working.
Worst application for trading / investment. It doesn't work most of the time, and if it does finally open, everything is blank. I'm moving out of BoB demat platform soon.
Very Poor app, not suitable for intraday, but can be used for investment purpose. Chart is very poor quality, And IT team does not exist here. No customer care support, when you need it. App hi kyu banaya tum logo ne.
What is this? When i want to open demat account i went to app ...it redirects me to baroda site then i fill up all details bt at the end it shows technical error....and this happens again and again... kyu time kharab kar rahe ho....isse aacha to app delete kar do playstore se !!!
It's a third class app and third class share trading service comparing to other share trading portals....no words to describe that it is the worst...not at all user friendly...every time need to call customer care....this even does not deserve this one star
Very slow and very heavy application. If I need any help from customer care then nobody is going to pick my call. Even I have called more than 500 times.
Used this app for intraday trading. There was a bug in the app that did not sell my stocks when I sold them and hence instead of earning money I lost. Don't think I'll use it again for intraday.
worst customer support..neither they reply to your mail nor they pick up your call...you won't be able to make a transaction on time..and i dont know where my stocks disappear...they dont even get reflected in the trading application
Needs to improve alot. One cannot view the price at which the shares were bought and cannot instantly sell unless you release the shares. That's so unrealistic. When the market is picking up you simply can't waste time doing all these. Moreover you should download another app to see the purchase price that again asks for silver light download. Totally unfriendly interface. Hope it becomes better in the days to come.
