Baroda mPassbook

For past few years I used to come across account not found error once in a while and mostly it was during the night time. But since past few months it has increased, and now no matter when I try to open the app (mconnect & mpassbook) it just does not open. Mconnect keeps showing no account found and opens sometime but mpassbook just does not open, keeps showing the same over since past 20 or 25 days. It's a banking app that one needs at anytime of the day & this way how can one rely on BOB.

I loved this app as it was so easy to check on your transaction history and balance. But now as I was trying to install it again on my new phone, I tried searching it by name, I couldn't find it on google play. Then I had to install it from my previously installed app list. And now when it's all installed, it's not working at all. All the time it says "unable to connect to bank. Try again later." I can't even get through the registry process. Please solve this issue!!

I use to love this app ,reviewing all the transactions since day 1. Don't know what happened, I was KICKED out of the app and it says to register again. Tried doing it for MANY TIMES and it says either the account is not found or couldn't contact the bank. WHY IS THIS happening all the times. Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible. You people don't even have an other application to view the transactions and neither the Mconnect works. FIX THE ISSUE. with love from your customer.

I've 3 concern till my current version and since 6 months I'm using. App is not syncing data sometimes, like 2-3 times in every 10. 2nd, We have options to add remarks for entries but when I reinstall application, all my remarks got cleared. it was a huge mash last time. 3rd, it shows entries for a 6 month (or 7) hardly and I wish it to show me all my entries sonce begging.

This app is full of bugs. It worked fine for some days but one day the passbook stopped updating and when I tried re-installing the app , it says account not found. Most importantly the last update was almost an year back. The developers should seriously work upon the shortcomings and release an update as soon as possible beacuse E- banking services are the need of the hour and this app only makes the experience worse.

Literally never authenticate in less than 3 attempts and waste money on sms. It's either can't connect, no account found! or just no response after sending sms. Stop wasting our money and give simple option to login using NetBanking credentials you don't need to verify device since this app is just for transaction history and not for making any transaction!

I am also facing the same issue as others, I installed this app and after that it's not getting registered, it's always says that Unable to contact bank. The OTP also doesn't come even after sending the message from auto generated text message. Please resolve this ASAP as this is the best so to stay updated for all banking transactions regularly.

Recently app is behaving very weird. First of all the balance is not up to date so you can not rely on figure provided by app. After calling support and reinstalling app as per their suggestion app is not able to fetch any details of my account. What kind of internet connectivity you expect from a phone to update the stuff like crucial thing as passbook.

This is the perfect app for transaction details, no need to go to bank and get passbook printing. But its so unfortunate and at the same time ridiculous that this app is not working once it is uninstall and try to login again.. and it is ridiculous cause they are not fixing it though so many people has been complaining. Hope to see some positive step from the developer.

The app is not working since past few days. The error shown is "unable to contact bank, try again later". It is neither showing all my accounts (earlier they were all being shown) nor it has updated any of my transactions done in last few days. Please fix the app at the earliest.

This app hardly updates your pass book. My pass book is showing the amount of last month till now. Update: the app has stop functioning. It says your account could not be found whenever I try to link it with my mob no. It was a great app to see your payments at one place. Really hoping the developers debug this app and the app starts running again like before.

The app is good as its name says. Daily entries or transactions can be viewed. Also can be exported to excel file. Please keep in mind it recalls only last 90days transactions. Update:03 Nov 2018 Unable to login. Error- Unable to connect bank, Try again later Reinstalled app but problem is still there.

Is this what you call an application? Most of the time it says "Unable to connect to your bank. Please try again later". Even transaction notifications are not delivered on time. Many a times, it doesn't even shoe any notifications. You guys should work on improving your server and ask your back-end and front-end developers to optimize the app for better user interaction. Very disappointed.!!

Very useful app to view the transactions.. Now I don't have to run to the bank to get my passbook updated.. It would save great time and energy because I have experienced how frustrating it is to Standing in a line to get one small print...all thanks to digital India!!

Pathetic app.. Most of the time its not able to connect with server to successfully sync. I installed it again after uninstalling and now I ran out of balance by sending msgs atleast 15-20 times but the app says I will receive OTP shortly. But I think it will come at end times.

worst app...never works right ...all the time it shows some unknown error...i have installed it various time..this time it suddenly stopped working and started showing the msg that the account not found...what the hell...!! where have the details been gone...!? waste of time app..!! not satisfied at all..!! 👎👎👎A Big No to this app!!

Very poor app👎👎👎. It says "unable to contact your bank, try again later". I am unable to understand this app's problem. BOB Team!!! please improve it . Old version was best but this version has many bugs. When I uninstalled this App and again installed then it says " don't found your bank account".

First of all... notification messages are extremely late and add on to that...you can not even view your acc details with this app as it never actually works...dev team really needs to look into this and help us to resolve the issue...the app cannot locate my account with the help of my registered phone number despite using the same number with the same application..totally waste app

After I formatted my phone and trying to re-activate the app it is not getting done connected to the server. The sms charges are getting deducted. Reall disappointing. I don't even know that the team takes any effort to read the reviews and take necessary action to solve the issues.

Initially faced problems for registering lateron it was working fine. But since last 25-30days the app is not refreshing the accounts so tried to uninstall and reinstall. Now it says account not found at times and sometimes it allows to send message but no OTP is received. Very frustrating. Kindly fix the bug and update early.

Very bad experience...at beginning it was good...but for almost 2 months update of the passbook is not occurring... sometimes showing invalid token, sometimes showing can't connect etc. rubbish... phone or sim not changed, always updated the app...but this bad is happening for last 2 months...please do something...

It was working all fine till an hour ago. I have been using this app for a long time. I accidentally uninstalled the app and after reinstalling it I am unable to login again. After entering the mobile number, it doesn't send verification sms and otp. It also gives an error message '' Account not found ''. Please help!

The experience was good before, now it was necessary to rate it below 'Cause it has become a useless app. Trying to log in but seems it won't be possible, hoping that BOB will look after it and will have it fixed soon.

This is a great app but I'm not able to access the expense manager of the application. Each time I try to access it, the application gets crashed immediately. I'm using the app on honor 6x android version 7.1. Please resolve the issue.

Please, update this version properly. All time it is showing problem of connection with bank server. Previous version was good enough. Also in both versions, we loses comment after certain time period automatically. Do needful for this issue.

It is a worst app I have ever used. I am trying to get the service start since 4 months. It is installed in my phone but when I try to send message it says unable to send otp. I used it in my old android phone so I installed this but now it is completely waste of time and mobile storage.

Please bring back this app. This app is go to solution for us. All accounts in one place. M connect doesnt have this facility. M connect is Customer ID based app where as Mpassbook was Mobile number based. So all account with same phone can be check at one place. Bring it back
