How the hell am I supposed to redeem the points when this app doesn't work at all? (since day 1) As soon as I enter my debit card number during sign up, an error pops up, every damn time. There's no way I can sign up and use this. What a waste! I have this app since a long time, basically I was waiting for this bug to get fixed so that I can try again. But in vain! Disappointing. Can't redeem my points - which will expire by the end of this month.
I am not able to login to my account and don't remember opening an Baroda rewardz account, so I don't know my user ID and password. When forgot user id selection is opted, it would reflect two different user id through message and email. And when forgot password selection is opted then it would send the opt to some different mobile number and email address. As this service will be terminated from November end I won't be able to redeem my reward points. Disappointed
Its helpful to reedem easily debit cards points and very easy to recharge mobile, but in terms of services and facility...its worthless at all. Suppose I have three accounts with the same customer ID and beared three different cards respectively.. Then I should get the points from all the three cards whenever they used. But in this app its not allowed, even I log in with my unique customer ID which is linked my all three accounts and three debit cards also but in this app it linked only one card and you can't reedem other card's point. In this terms of service it is worthless
The app doesn't even let me log in Its saying that i have registered but I can't remember if I have signed up for the app. And when trying to get the ID and password from forgot ID through ATM card its saying that the card is not not correct and through cust. ID its just not responding. I have written so many times to its customer support but not even getting reply. So I just hated it.
I wish if I could give negative ratings if available!! Horrible experience, points don't get easily redeemed, always problem while making payment. Kindly fix the bugs
I have got msg that "your recharge is unsuccessful" in this app. Though customer care said me to wait for 1 hour for credits the points. And also , if you not getting the points then after 24 hours you can ask Bob's officer. It means that I can not recharge till 24 hours. It is very bed for anyone.
very very bad experience. you can't even login in it. when i try to login it seems that ,i have already an account ,then i try to get id password through forgot password option. it send me a user id on my email & phone and password on another unknown email & phone which is not related to me
This facility has been withdrawn by Bank w.e.f. 01.12.2018. I am giving 1 star not because this app is not working but because no information relating to this is mentioned here on play store. They should have updated the current status of the program here or could have withdrawn the app.
Most nonuseful app ever. Tried several times to register but shown that already I am registered it's very funny that I am not previously registered inthis matter.this is my first time registration.Hence, when I tried to forgot userid shown me that put your OTP but did not get OTP and if I get OTP and put it there shown me invalid OTP..called customer care but they not solved my problem unsatisfactory
Recharge options does not show exact and all recharge options especially jio recharge. Worst and time waste app and points. They give what they want to and no choice for customers
It isn't letting me sign up. How do I sign up? And when I saw the reviews if the app, most of the people have the same prob as me and I have no idea why in world are you even running this app when not even a single customer is happy? You go down in review box and you just see people giving it a 1 star. It is better if you take it down.
I have 85 rs in this app,i want to recharge my my number then show that there is some problem . I tried from one month to use these point but they show some problem try later . Totally disappointed from the app
Worst app, it's not working. And BOB, they taken all the feedback from customers and they said please accept our apologies we are fixing the issue but it's not yet fixed we don't want your apologies please update the app or else delete from Google play.
It is okay but more improvements like at time of recharge and it wasn't that much convenience to use initially User Interface should change
Worst banking experience ever...BOB... when i am clicking on forgot password you are sending OTP to a unknown number and email id even thought my number and id is registered with BOB...what the hell is happening with this app??
Tried redeeming several times. Reward points are deducted but haven't received gift vouchers yet. Mailed several times to the customer care but no response.
worst app of Bank of Baroda. Before Nov 2018 app was working properly but after nov 2018 app doesn't open. I uninstalled and then installed it but same problem.
It not let me, signg up with the my debit card, so how can i discover this app and my reward points going to waste, Please BOB customer care fix this app and solve it.
The point(reward) is too low.... Rest is good enough..... As because there are more apps and company offers more rewards..... So anybody will find them better to use.
This app is not open since one month... Lpgin page is also not displayed. So not able to login. Please look into this concern.
THE REWARD POINTS CAN'T BE USED... all my points were deducted while placing an order and the order wasn't even confirmed....
Very poor app. Can't even login with my debit card number. Even the errors they toast doesn't match.
At least test in all cases your product before launching. I have rewards points but I can't use these. Hate this app.
It is really very weak app. Payment for excess money beyond points can not be done. Please fix this bug.
Worst app ever... Doesn't create QR code at all... False commitment regarding reward points... You can never redeem reward points at all
Just not able to sign up and not available in app store very disappointing.same thing happened with me while registering in m connect.
it says, " something went wrong' everytime i try to do mobile recharge. bob do something about it or i will loose my reward points
The app deducted my points instantly for a mobile recharge. Apparently Bank of Baroda ate the points because the mobile recharge DID NOT HAPPEN..!!
Extremely unhappy with the way the Baroda rewards redemption process works. Products in the catalogue are overpriced. Even though I chose to overlook and buy a product your website would not accept the additional payment from my debit card. The error message said "use a bank of Baroda debit card" even though I was using the BOB debit card. Apparently partial payment not allowed, which I found out after speaking to the customer care executive. Why dint the app block me if that was the case. My reward points expire this month. I dint find products to my liking in the other categories. So right now I am stuck. Even though I am willing to pay extra I am not being allowed to buy what I want and I am being forced to pick something just for the sake of it.
