App is totally useless. Still waiting for it to text me the security code required as an extra layer of security. I will say the app is is bullet-proof secure - even I can't access my own account!
You guys can do better, this is a shell of what should be available to the user. For mortgages, why is my payment not broken down where it is going, principle, interest, and escrow. The app is useless if it is missing vital information for the user. This is bare bones almost useless!! Fix this!!!
Worst banking app I have ever used, so my advice don't bothers with it. They say they will send you a security code but it never comes so you cant login. Hey here so advice to the devs let people decide of their own if they want 2 factor authentication, and make one that works
It does the job without being too flashy. Rarely have any issues on a pixel 2
Why the authentication error so frequently? I have had to reinstall the app several times in the last few months.
Always takes a few attempts to load. It needs an update or something.
App crashes all the time or won't open at all.

This app is not as good as online banking. Poorly designed

Generally speaking it works. But based on it's behavior they have issues with login/session state machine handling....hangs, multiple spinners, spinners stop but clickables are still greyed out.
This app would be great if it actually opened. It constantly crashes. I can maybe get it to open once every other month. I used to use it all the time for checking my balance and depositing checks but can't anymore. Very disappointed.
App seems to be just a website skin. It has issues on my mobile network and can't even save my userID, allow me to use my prints, and the new update caused it to display the script string instead of actual words
This app worked one time after I downloaded it, and then crashed everytime after.
This app was good until they "fixed it". Now it's useless and crashes constantly. I would use it to remotely deposit checks but can't anymore.
I can't even sign in anymore and it won't let me use the security questions either. Fix this

Horrible app. Always buggy and can't keep me logged in or when I try logging in it can't verify my credentials.
Not just the worst banking app, it's the worst app I've ever used. No exaggeration. UPDATE: I bought a new phone. Now when I attempt to login it says "access not allowed to jailbroken/rooted devices". My phone is completely stock/raw and out of the box. I confirmed it is NOT rooted. The funny thing is, my old phone was rooted, which I suspected was the reason why I couldn't login but it never gave me a reason why. Now it gives me a very helpful, inaccurate popup. The saga shall continue!
