Pretty easy to use, purchase fares. You are saving 20% on the fare, so it's a good deal. The only think is the gates are not set up to read the barcode on your phone, so you have to physically show it to the gate attendant. Some of attendants know all about this app, some are clueless. But it worked every time. Also: once you depart airport and want to get off at a intermediate station before your final destination, the reduced trip (the purchased one) is over. So basically - one way from the airport to anywhere. Overall, good app for the offered savings!

Bay Area, heart of innovation. BART doesn't yet have a ticketing app. Pity, but they at least start one for the airport. Good. But wait! You can't get a single person ticket, has to be a group of two or more. Why? Groups allow them to offer discounts. Who's asking for discounts? Finally an innovation though - a new way to discourage people to use an app fully capable of providing the convenience. Ridiculous!

Made typo in credit card #, no way to recover. No way to go back to card # entry screen to edit or to tell system to delete method of payment. Spent too much time trying to correct this. App should be a time/effort saver. I'll just get my ticket some other way or find alternate transportation. BART is right to look to app enable ticketing, but if they were looking to test the market, more effort into the proof of concept app would give a better indication of interest and success.

Gate attendant told us about the app after we purchased a Clipper ticket & paid the $3 fee as that station did not issue single use. $22 for 3 people is a good deal, compared to $45 on Lyft. Price comparable to single use tickets ($27.45 for 3) No issues with paying for tickets and agent provided instructions on how to use. Wish the app provided that information in the event the agent was not there. Would use again to get to SFO.

This app is a traveler's nightmare. BART employees know nothing about it and will not honor purchases even with receipts shown on phone. Do not take the risk like we did that saving 25% might be worth the efforts to trying something that BART ads all over SFO tell you to do. Hopefully I can get my money back and hopefully BART tells it surly booth attendants that this app exists.

I'm glad they are thinking about things but none of this makes sense... Discounted tickets are more than Uber and Bart does not really take you where you want to go.

Easy and fast to use. Saves us money when two+ are headed to the airport. No complaints.

no option for foreign numbers during sign-up, nor the option to buy a single ticket

Can't buy single ticket. Only group options are available.

An app meant to sell tickets that does not let you buy a single ticket - that's remarkably stupid

Easy purchase of discount BART tickets to either Oakland International or San Francisco International airports.

Shell program? Uses m.bart.gov. This should not be an app. Uninstalling...going to use m.bart.gov instead.
