Bartell Drugs

I like shopping Bartell. Staff very friendly and helpful. The store has quite a variety of products especially from the PNW. Don't like changes to app or maybe because I use to get the paper ad never noticed the ad on app is very small. I thought I could enlarge areas of the paper ad on the app with a flick of finger but I can't do that anymore. Have to touch each individual item to see it or possibly use magnifying glass?? Apps should be easier to use not frustrating. Disappointed.

This app has helped me stay on top of my grandmother's prescriptions. The Guest Login is my favorite feature - when I'm in a hurry I can get a prescription refilled in seconds. Only issue with the app is each action looks like it throws a scripting error. This "error" does not affect functionally but the script it throws, with any action, gives false failures. Willing to provide developers additional screenshots if they need testing assistance.

Just doesn't work at all anymore. Either my prescriptions aren't listed at all, or they're marked as in-progress forever. Then when I finally go into the store, they say the prescriptions were just "on hold" and they haven't even started filling them yet! Despite the app saying the opposite. I'm a software engineer so I get how I get how tough merging two systems can be, but it's unacceptable to break everything to this degree for everyone, and to not even communicate the status to the users.

Used to be great... until their 'update'. Now it won't even open. However, this is a widespread Bartell's problem during their overhaul. I couldn't even use the phone refill system recently. Eventually called & spoke to the pharmacist to get the refill put in, and even then it tried to refill things twice. Ugh. I do hope they eventually repair the app though. It used to be quick & easy to use & was reliable.

The only part I don't like is the cumbersome way I have to archive old meds. Only one med at a time and it takes forever to move more than one script to the archive folder. It would be great to click multiple scripts at a time; especially if you have 3-4 old empty prescriptions (without refills) for the same prescription, and move them all at the same time.

Revised my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. The app is unreliable after the Rite Aid merger. Some prescriptions simply don't appear in the list even though they used to be there, new prescriptions don't consistently update into the app, and existing prescriptions may show 0 refills even though the pharmacy can see that there's still refills. It used to be pretty good but when Bartells & Rite Aid began integrating their systems the app reliability went down, and it's only moderately useful now.

Does not function as intended. This used to be a helpful app. I cannot get it to function or load any of my prescriptions. Its really too bad to because I like the folks at Bartells. Its just that this app is no longer working, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It is beyond frustrating! Please fix you app! Thank you!

Easy to manage prescriptions. Dislike having to enter my password each time, I'd love a PIN option. Doesn't tell you what products are on the shelves unless they're on sale, I'd love to see that feature but it would probably be hard to implement so I'm not holding my breath. Overall a very useful app.

I have all sorts of medical conditions that can cause me to have to stay in bed or not leave the house. Being able to use this app to check on new incoming meds, request refills, check on if they're ready for pick up, and more allows me to have one less thing I don't have to stress about. If my conditions make it so I have to get lots of rest, my husband can use my phone to check on the meds progress and pick them up for me. I'm very thankful to have an app that helps me and my family so much.

Has an annoying bug: it takes 3 BUSINESS hours to fill a prescription, but the app thinks it's 3 regular hours. So if you tap to fill a prescription around 7 AM but the pharmacy doesn't open until 8, the app will pre-fill 10 AM as the pickup time, and when you submit it the backend will return an obscure error. You have to manually pick 11 AM for the request to work. Also needs biometrics support, logging in is a pain! Otherwise I really appreciate the ease of filling prescriptions from an app!

The App will not display any of my prescriptions. This problem started last week and during one attempt it displayed a message that they were aware of the problem, but when i clicked on view more the message dissapeared.

Use to be a great app that was very helpful to keep track of multiple medications. Since rite aid bought them they have crippled the app. No long do I know when a medication is ready or even an eta. For busy person that lives out of town this doesnt help one bit. They may as well have done away with the app it would have been the same to me.

The app makes refills easy and convenient and it's far more efficient and user-friendly than the phone system. The only thing missing is a way to message the pharmacist along with your refill request. Aside from this, it's perfect!

Only problem was that the rx number for input had a letter at the end of it on my bottle. It kept kicking me out when I put that letter in, it was not needed. Also there is a dash in the rx number on the bottle, one assumes it should be entered. Took me a few frustrating minutes to figure this out about the entering of the rx numbers. Other than that, it a pretty good app.

I'm on Android and I constantly have to login. I'm also not allowed to use fingerprint authentication. My husband is on IOS and can stay logged in and use fingerprint Auth. In order to add my husband and son I had to use a browser and not the app. I would put in the asked for Rx number and it would do nothing except sit there. When I go to archive a Rx it takes me back to all users instead of the screen I had before which I had sorted.

Such a welcome relief to use an app from a retailer that actually works and works well. You can request refills, change location, view past prescriptions (super helpful) and get store information including pharmacy hours which aren't always accurate on Google. I just love it! Yeah yeah it's weird to say that but when something makes a complicated part of my life easier I am deeply grateful. So thanks to all the developers, designers, product/program managers,& testers who made this a reality.

Makes seeing what prescriptions you have a lot simpler, but it's a bit slow. Something that would make it better would be an an auto-archive of expired prescriptions and/or an option to be able to archive multiple prescriptions at a time

App completely broken... Says they are updating their systems but it has been months. During the process they lost our refills so we had to ask the doctors for new scripts. Can no longer track refills, etc. Time to switch to Walgreens... Pity, used to be great...

It doesn't work!!! I restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, and reinstalled from Google play. Nothing. Wheel just spins endlessly, app won't open. I have plenty of memory and space on my phone. Help!

Very easy to use. Excellent features. Wish there was way to print up medication list directly from pharmacy app. Also site doesn't have place to enter in allergies which are critical for phamacies to have.

The app runs slow and does not archive prescriptions once they are no longer relevant. It is convenient but could use some user interface improvements.

The option to refill several prescriptions at once is so confusing that I find it easier to refill six prescriptions individually. Every time I refill a prescription I'm nagged to rate this app even though I already have. It's annoying.

This app has saved me countless hours of traffic, phone calls and unnecessary trips. Aside from the app, I think the staff at my Bartell's pharmacy is exceptional as well.

It asks me to rate with every rx, and I refill several at once. Very irritating. Bug, not feature. Let me opt out of rating forever if I want.

It's extremely convenient to be able to order my meds through an app and see when they are ready to be picked up. I do wish I could change the order in which my meds are listed as it is sometimes hard to find what I'm looking for.

Rite Aid takeover has done nothing but screw the patients. Not only does the app not work but the rx's get lost. And, it takes longer to get your meds. Used to take 2 days max, now a week or more. Also, you can't even read the labels anymore, you don't need all of the drug info on the bottle when you give the info sheets out. There's a reason I never went to "Wrong Aid".

(1) Can't stay logged in (2) Prescription request, status, and list are all broken (3) Seems to be a gamble when the request feature "works" on whether or not the pharmacy receives the request (4) It would be nice if the prescription list wasn't full of duplicates with no refills and would just show what is currently available/has been sent given they actually have your prescriptions in your file which seems to be a problem outside of the app as well

Could not create account. Error code 12 There is no help with error codes posted online. Or, if they are, news stories about what's been happening at Bartells drown it out. I had to wait in line 45 minutes for a prescription to learn i must wait +2 hours. Of course, it took just 25 minutes, but I had to wait in the same 45 minute line. I am about to go do the exact same thing, because even though I have my rx-number now, I can't make an account. I can't believe the Walgreens on Jackson is best

Guest refill constantly throws a Java error. and it ends up not worth maintaining an account there because, it constantly makes me reenter the password over and over again it never seems to remember who I am.

pretty good. clean interface. It's usually a good app, sometimes gives errors and that stops me from filling my prescriptions.
