The app since the "robot helper " was introduced is a hot mess. I really hope that the bank is getting his money back because the app developer is useless. Before this the app was ok. Now loging in is a game of chance . I get the 1-48 technical error message 9 out 10 attempts . Takes me about 8 to 12 minutes untill I manage somehow to log into my account and do what ever I need to do .
Worst banking application, slow, full of bugs, most of the time not working.
It's always crashing and I can't even open my account, it's very bad experience

Like seriously, in 2022, is this an app or a piece of junk? Every time it shows error, Login in this app is so difficult, I've tried to many times to login. Please make this app useful. Thanks
Alot of errors and bugs, and not working smoothly, the app's developer has alot of work to do.
The bugs have been fixed. Now it is reliable and easy to use 😁
In the past I believed that IBQ app was bad, then Barwa app arrived, God i miss IBQ app, at least I could conect to see my account. When trying to connect I get OTP, I am receiving like 6 OTP sms with numbers, then the app gets locked, then you call customer service, then they unlock then the process will repeat. Is almost 2020!!!!!
This app is awful. Most of the times it doesn't event responds the touching of the screen. It is embarrassing! I use a Samsung S9+ and never experienced such behavior with other apps. Stating that in case somebody says it is my device's fault
It have technical error caused by "Rashed" robot helper. It's repeatedly over and over.
Whoever developed this app did zero work, this app doesn't work, keeps crashing, wasting a lot of time taking people in circles without getting anywhere. Work on it.
Constantly crashing and such a slow app. I have reinstalled it thousand times but it's the same.

This app is useless. Always crashed when logged in. Your it team is frauding you. They have made this piece of junk. This app not even opening how people are supposed to do their transaction with this useless app which is "NOT EVEN WORKING". I hope bank are aware of the term NOT EVEN WORKING to resolve the issue. It's so frustrating to see the bank like you doesn't know how to give customer the WORKING APP. With very heavy heart I am giving it 1 star because there is no option of negative rating
Worst bank ever. Very bad customer service without online customer support. After using the bank for more than a year my account had been blocked without any prior notification. For the last two weeks no one dares to reply to my email. Don't recommend this bank to anyone!!!
Please don't create an app that can't be useful it's was useless
I can't login. I tried to log in several times but it kept telling me that my password was wrong 🤔.I phoned the bank more than 4 times ever since I opened this account in January upto now nothing has changed to it.....By now I should have already uploaded my ID as I was asked to unfortunately I can't because my password always says error.
When the app opens, any media playing stops, apparently the system regards it as another media attempting to take priority and play, and it's not a media app at all.
Satisfied with the latest version of the mobile app. Will give it a 5 star if the "card replacement" feature under the "My request" section allows applying for a replacement of "Debit Cards". Currently the application allows to apply only for a "Credit Card" replacement. Note that the QIB application already has this feature.
From time to time app malfunctions but I'm happy with it. Thank you.
International transfer not working. Tried the ap, tried online via the website using internet explorer, safari browser and google chrome. Tried deleting the old app, and downloading the app again. Still facing the same issue.
The App hangs a lot
Totally bugged from the beginning. Forces GPS usage at start but found a way to get over! Cursor keeps flickering after entry, no fields entry validation...
Disappointed. The app is not functioning at all. Unable to display my Iban. All features turn blank after selection. Hundreds of reminders to add my mail even i did it. Waste of time. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Too many errors. Western Union payment errors. Kahrama bill payment errors. Mobile phone bill payment errors. !!! It was much better when it was Barwa app :( no errors then
After almost 3 months of my QID renewal. The application is not updated to accept me to log in. And at times I've got issues with some errors occuring. Too Unfortunate
Since the new look of the app most of the time you open and find out its not working with error, not to mention its very very slow, the app is extremely unreliable and they care for nothing (customer service)
