Very basic. I want to order a member card for a dependent, not here! Get details on a claim, not here! List of in-plan doctors, not here. Very ho-hum.

Doesn't show the year next to the deductible. Gets confusing
Horrible all it does is App closing exits apps totally useless . Use the portal better ok Bashealth portal is great . No wonder only 5000k downloads it' should be taken off it's really not a working app for your health Insurance needs . Hope I helped I was on it 6 hours and got no where and calling customer service doesn't help . Truly annoying app ever. Yours Olga Employee
