Love this app. I've use it through three separate jobs and variations. The ease of creating my own fields is the best, but being able to calendar follow up tasks, sync emails under the client account, attach photos from my camera, and view nearby clients from the map view is also pretty fantastic. Maybe a Google Photo add-on would make it only slightly easier and routing assistance would make it nicer.
This app won't let me past login after I signed up...it flashes the opening screen and then it loops right back to the login screen. VERY frustrating and I have not been able to use it at all.

This is one excellent app. Well integrate with Outlook, texting and emailing from my android. For door-to-door sales people like me, it would be great if we can integrate a door-to-door functionality to this CRM tool. ...The ability to flag a house with a disposition type on a map.
I have been using other CRMs and the original version of this 'Base' now this has a free version it is excellent light and simple all the functions I need, email integration, tasks, meetings, call handling, text handling, directions are opened in maps or app of choice. Such a shame that the web portal is not free too! For a sole trader such as myslef it's now my CRM of choice.
Contacts in zendesk are not integrating with phone. I have an s20, I was told issue was going to be resolved soon, it has been more than a month and I have not seen any new updates. Any body else is having this issue or is it just me?
This is the worst software you can ever get because there's no customer service behind it no matter what no matter what they say they simply did not support the software stay away from it as far as you can. Please don't write to me to contact support because that's a lie you do not answer any of the support requests I think that Google should take your app off , we'll complain to them.
Really a great app, with features I didn't even know I needed! Glad we did a lot of research before deciding which CRM to go with, looks like we made a great choice.

HELP..... I've used this for a few years. very solid crm but its now decided to stop syncing activites. tried reinstalling and now lost all my activities. gutted. after these years of being solid its now failing. please, any ideas??
App won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and restarted my phone and app won't open.

Pretty comprehensive in features for a free app. Whatsup messaging is something conspicuous by absence. Otherwise pretty useful app.
Very intuitive UX. Everything is very easy to navigate and the integration with Tableau is great.
This is one of my favorites in Google market. I tried Blackberry suite Firstly but found base is simply way better than that. this is an app yo want to pay for them. excellent work. highly recommend
So far, I like this app. Still misses some steps like OCR with card attached for viewing as well as sharing information. But nicely helps you follow-up and move prospects to clients
Tried to install 4 separate times, but when I try to 'open' the app, it does absolutely nothing! (Note 9) Uninstalling (again) Bummer. The reviews looked great!
I am new to CRM, and this tool has a great user experience. I love all of the organizing features. It lets you add tasks and send bulk emails. It's a great tool!
A mess.... No support from the mobile app to the desktop. I tried all morning to get help accessing thru my desktop the trial version i app downloaded on my phone.
AMAZING the free version is awesome, was looking for an alternative to Spotio (using for D2D sales) who charge 1,500 per year. Yet have all that and more with Zendesk. Will definately updgrade.
Terrible. It keeps freezing up. Can't change owners. Can't pull from templates emails.
Downloaded it put in secure password and message came up passwords mis be at least five characters mine is 10. Cannot even try with such a bad bug at the beginning.
I am very new to the app, and thus my four star review may be a reflection of my own ignorance in terms of fully using the app. Thus far, from the perspective of organizing my contacts, having a ready reminder of follow-ups, having a useful calendar, and being able to attach a specific value to a particular client or prospect, it has been extremely useful. I look forward to learning more about the app, and will perhaps even change my review to a five-star. The area where I am feeling there could be some improvement, is in terms of visual projections of forecasted / goal to actual on a week-to-week basis.
