Requirements:• Be a BASE Company customer and have access to the 2G/3G/4G network• Using an Android compatible device (software version 2.3 or above)
Remarks:• The reception of your voicemail messages via this VVM app is charged following your data tariff plan if you’re connected to the BASE Company network (for example: 1 minute voicemail message represents about 100kb of data usage).• When you’re abroad, you are charged for receiving and sending voicemail messages via this VVM app following the applicable tariffs of that foreign operator.• If you’re downloading this VVM app on the BASE Company 2G/3G or 4G network, the used data will be charged. We therefore advise you to download this VVM app using a Wi-Fi connection.

Never loads new voicemails. only if you reset the preferences to receive voicemail each time so what's the point. better to call. very, very bad and useless app. 0 stars.
Like many people already remarked, it doesn't load the voicemails. (well, one of of 10 times) Is this deliberate because it's a free service?
The app doesn't load msg or load them several days later. I deleted it from my phone. It is useless.
I need to open the app and let it refresh for a few minutes to see that I got a missed call and a voice message.

No longer work on OnePlus 3 (Dual SIM) upgraded to Oreo: "please insert a valid BASE SIM" error message received. Tried SIM bay 1 and 2 with BASE SIM only, did not fix the issue. Pity, because this app was great.
Voicemail arrives late, messages are cut off after 3 seconds... Not really usable sorry

This app does what it has to do, it shows and manages last recorded voice-mails in a list.
The wheel keeps spinning and does not do anything. Been like that for an hour now. Does not matter if on WiFi or mobile network.

Won't work without base sim card?
No button in the app to start playing the voicemail message. The app prompts to delete all messages when opening the app, instead of doing this after you listed to a voicemail. Useless app. How is it possible that an app can be so bad 😂
