I think that the app is not user friendly for shoppers. For example, when I press refund, they exchange my item for a different item. Also, the reciept on the application doesn't match the paper reciepts I have been receiving from the stores. Also, searching for things is hard. It shows more options when I open categories like "meat" or "snacks".

I use the app almost every day to buy most of my shopping needs. It really saved me needed time and energy. I am also impressed with how I get a call from representatives when something doesn't work out with the app such as a duplicated order or a canceled order to make sure everything is going well. I really appreciate the work going into this app.

Opened the app the 1st time and entered my info. The text code didn't come through and now the app crashes when I try to open it. And I didn't get a confirmation email so I can't delete my account. So they have my info and I can't use the app.

The prime monthly subscription entails free delivery and no service fees. The fact that they suddenly changed it to only free delivery with a fee if 0.99JD per delivery for current subscribers is ridiculous. Sure, they have the right to change subscription details but it should be something announced and then applied atleast a month later so users would have the option to renew or not based on the new changes. The change being done in this way is unwelcome and disappointing.

Good and punctual delivery. The app still sends drivers to an address far away from the one stored in the application. Weak and unpredictable policy as they have lately initiated a 0.99 service fee for each order. Disappointing! They should give a grace period before applying policy changes to give subscribers the chance to opt out.

It saves me time shopping, I always order what I need. The only thing to improve is removing the credit card fee when I use a credit card.

Very disappointed... The app has not been working at all in the last 2days and crashing before it even opens. When it does open its very slow and often empties the basket before I'm done. This could be excellent and currently it needs a lot of work to be reliable.

Stupid app, I tried maybe 10 times to add my credit card with no luck, they even do the 1 dollar debit transaction and reverse it everytime successfully but that's it, you can't use it!!! Editing my review to mention that it's getting worse and worse. Full of bugs, since few months they said they were testing the credit card feature and it's still not on production!! I have screenshots for the bugs if your interested in fixing it. It's a shame to go live with such versions of the app.

very bad experience In the app Free delivery for orders above 10 dinars When checking out delivery is added even though it is supposed to be free. When reaching customer service, they explaind that there is a technical issue shows that the delivery is free, but it is paid.When ordering via Visa, 250 fils is paid..500 fils is added instead of service shopping.After all, delivery is not possible because the product is not available!!

Very BAD and NEGATIVE experience (multiple times): 1) Most of the items are out of stock from the shop and not reflected on the app which is misleading. 2) Shopper adjustment is the worst thing that this app have as some shopper miss inform the customer with changes they made which makes a huge difference between the actual bill and the bill on the app. All in all it was a very bad and negative experience and the app deserves less than 1 star.

Thieves! I already paid for free service and delivery fees and the whole subscribtion was about having both fees for free but suddenly they decided to change their subscription to only include a free delivery fee and excluding the service fee. Moreover, my subscription is still active till the 9th of May. Unprofessional behavior and bad managerial decisions. I will take a legal action regarding this.

I wonder why "Airport road" is one of the options to choose in areas list, where it's not available when ordering!!!! I'm totally disappointed with this app cause I've tried a million times to order where i was thinking that the service is not available!!! But unfortunately i was wrong!

its a great app, easy fast and accurate, the staff are very polite and friendly,they even call if an item ordered was not found or available and you can change or add items while the shopper is shopping if you might have forgotten anything... my order was delivered on less than an hour from ordering while the expected time was 2 hours 👍👍👍

great idea but the app has many bugs. I couldn't for example place an order because it's not allowing me to set the address. I pinned the location correctly on the map but the address field is not filled out and I can't proceed!

Excellent service, well designed sophisticated app and friendly staff. I liked the app, I sometimes choose not to use it because they don't take Visa payments, It would be much better if they provide their delivery staff with VISA payment devices like some other apps.

I use this app once a month as poor as it is. Technically it's more misleading than the markets enrolling in it's platform. 1. It's misguidance to the users. 2. Prices almost never accurate. 3. Item specifications are also never accurate. 4. Discount items run automatically out to the friends and relatives of managing staff before they teach the floors, ie carrfour. 5. The idea of the app is great BUT, once you're bad on the inside, you automatically go bad all around. 6. Rejecting criticism.

Great, but has very strict Credit card fraud detection. After spending more than an hour to add items to the basket, my credit card was rejected by the app, not by my bank. So I called them.. They are very friendly but they couldn't help me. It was a waste of time.

I love Basket. I have been using it for years now. Their shoppers are excellent, polite, professional and very patient. The service fee is cheap for the service that they provide and for the time and energy they save me. The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that the database is not always up to date. But that's OK. I will continue using Basket and I would never change them.

It is literally 2020! Could you please get with the times and make credit and debit card payments available? The app would really be great if payments were more convenient!

Good idea, but this app is limited for payments. Also keeps crashing down, very slow and only 7 markets, you should make it more wide before releasing. keep working and i will re-rate it again with 5 stars

Excelent service, the shoppers are professionals. I would give 5 stars, but I am giving only 4 because the items database is never up to date. Every time i search for an item the app says it is out of stock but when i call and ask the shopper to get it he finds it!

One has to be realistic, this app represents the sad reality of the whole country of Jordan. It has what it takes to do the right thing but only for a moment then it immediately debunks again almost every day in false discounts and many many different stories of false pricings. Major problems they never tend to fix, although all of their mistakes been advised to refix over and over again; the bigger picture remains in the people who manage. Why not just become a decent management? Is that hard?

Well, the location tool does not work,pages are not responsive ....this app sucks! It doesnt get any better when using the website as well . Disappointing !

There are differences between the app and the stores, the App didn't update the price. More than one time when I bought items they increased the price and in the invoice add price adjustment.

Attention, this is a fraud-based application, once you subscribe and the amount is deducted from the Visa card basied on it includes service and delivery, you will discover the fraud, as it will send you that it does not include a service and you will pay another two dinars with each order .... Pay attention...do not download it

They charge people for obviously overrated delivery and service fees. Its not worth it spending this amount for receiving stale vegs. The shoppers they hire are not experienced nor they select fresh picks. I remember i ordered like 8 times and in half of these the products were barely okay. Add to this the hidden cost underlying the inaccurate pricing which do conform with outlet actual pricing of fish and salmon. The app is just cheaply developed, there is no live update of stock.

An annoying number of items turn out to be unavailable. In addition to making selecting the "Don't replace" option for unavailable items too cumbersome, some shoppers don't respect the request and force unwanted items, sizes, or brands on us.
