It's great but I have a troubling question, it was my understanding that you're supposed to do these workouts repeatedly for ex. It says week 1 day 1 then it says week 1 day 2 but aren't you supposed to do the week 1 day 1 workouts more than just that day and practice them ofte n? The way it is set up makes it appear as you only do the week 1 day 1 workouts once and then never do them again because now you have to do week 1 day 2 why are the day 2 workouts different? All I'm asking is what is the format for all this how are you supposed to do this because it appears that you do that days workout and then never do it again are you supposed to practice these workouts weekly?
