Homescreen ShortcutThis feature allows you to create a 1x1 homescreen shortcut that'll change Bass Booster settings in one click without even opening the app ! (see screenshots)
Preset auto-detectionThis feature allows presets to be automatically adjusted according to the music that is being played. Let's say that you're listening to some Alternative Rock music, by default, Bass Booster will automatically choose the Rock preset, but if you create a custom "Rock" preset, yours will be selected. But it goes even further ! For example, you could create a "Punk Rock" preset and a "Hard Rock" preset and they would be automatically selected. (Android 2.3.3+) You can also create a preset specifically for a song, album or artist and it will be auto-detected next time you play a matching song.

Works extremely well and greatly enhances songs. My only issue is that it does not seem able to pick up songs from YouTube Music and therefore I have to keep going in to the app and manually change settings if I change the genre being played.
Needs more EQ bands and the option to add a cutoff to the bass boost for more advanced users. Would love to see tone controls like on Rockbox OS and the EQ from foobar2000! Super advanced audio stuff! Right now, this works pretty well for when I'm not using my iPod, but this at least makes my phone a good contender, as I find it often removes detail or makes thing a little muddy. Also, please look at Haas Surround for the virtualizer and have an option to change the delay & mix, may be better
I used to love this app and had it on all the time. Now I got a new phone, and I can't get it to work. I've disabled musicfx, tried everything, but no results. At this point, it doesn't even react to it when I change the settings with the app open. my phone just completely ignores it, so unless someone can help, I guess I'll have to find a new bass booster :(
The free one worked so I thought to myself why not get the paid one and for the price it is it's definitely something worth considering to buy. I'll definitely be using this app for a while. It's worth every cent, the only thing that could use some work on is the design. A few extra features would be cool but overall I loved the app and would love to see more great apps like this from the developers. (Sorry for the review being so long.) Short version: It work's well and is worth every cent. :)
Love this app. I bought the paid version after a few months of use of the free version. Any device I play music on through my smart phone, the enhancements are amazing. Been using Bass Booster Pro for 7yrs now. I highly recommend this app. Thanks developers for all your amazing work put into this app, can't wait to see what else you can do to make it even that much better. :)
Been a user since late 2015. Has been great with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge/S8. I've been meaning to address this for a while but when this app is on I do notice a humming in the background and while it's not a big deal I do notice it when my surroundings are quiet. Not sure how to fix this? Otherwise great app, love the clarity of my bass!
worth the money even if it does pull the overall volume down to increase the bass worth the increase quality filter is pretty nice and customizing each setting is also nice and theres always reinstalling it from the store if you ever wanna redownload all the settings at least till the "storage for settings is complete" thanks Dev could of chosen many of these decided on yours cause i liked it the most
First i want to say that i LOVE this app.hurts to rate low but can't use it 😢 tried everything i can think of even setting my phone back to factory default. As a last effort i went ahead and bought the pro version about 30 minutes ago. I can only use it if i have the app open or have it in dual app mode. Anytime i switch to another app or even just go to my homescreen stops after 30S. Have gone through setting in android and made sure set to run in bckgrnd. Always closes after 30 seconds 😭.
I tried several bass boosting apps and this one is the best. It's the only one I found that boosts the bass without killing all the higher frequencies.
Exceptional! Low battery consuming. Sound is great in both global and dedicated player mode. And for videos and movies does very well, too. I really like the auto genre feature. You can make your own, too. Awesome app!
Scam! I bought the pro version and it let me save my customs for about a month. Then everything reset and I tried to save a custom again it said I couldn't do it unless I bought the pro version. And ads were back on. Don't fall for the scam!
I'm a bit perplexed... Installed paid version on Samsung Galaxy S10. Seems too be doing the exact opposite as advertised. When Bass Boost is enabled, the bass flattens & decreases the higher the % is set. Bass returns to normal when turned off. Any and all tweeks to the equalizer severely decreases overall volume. Perhaps a Galaxy bug? Can't say I would recommend.
When no other third party app worked after Android 7 update on my OnePlus, this app came to rescue. By the controls and compatibility mode, it's apparent that the devs have paid attention to a wide variety of devices. Totally worth the price.
Best bass boosting app I've found so far. The pro version is definitely worth it. Loved the fact that when I got a new phone, all I had to do is redownload the app and I still had the pro version. Didn't have to pay again. Excellent work 👍
Well built EQ app with lots of useful settings, such as; compatibility mode for music players and silent mode during phone calls. Only 4 stars cause it could have more gain. More POWA!!
Honestly this is my second time buying this app. I lost access to my Google account that originally had this app so I made a new app and I'm buying it again. For something that is just so dam good I don't mind spending the money especially since it helps the developers so they can keep updating and creating new apps. Thank you devs for this app keep up the great work. Oh and yes I recommend this to everyone
On your next update, please put 25Hz - 80Hz frequency control slider for your Bass Boost. Even as an added feature, Subharmonic effect. That would make your Bass Booster Pro so awesome. I would buy those additional feature.
I love this app and need it for full enjoyment of music! I just updated to android pie and it doesn't really work any more... is it going to be updated any time soon? If not I may even roll back to last OS. 5 stars if working on android pie.
Been trialing equalizers without much joy, and having bought this app some time ago, thought I'd give it another try. I've got to say, the new mods are great and it's well worth getting the pro version. Pretty happy 😊👍
A Must have app for those who want to tweak music according to their taste. Brownie points for the developer being very responsive to app issues and fixing them fast.

I've been using it for about 4 months now on my Honor 7X. I use a pair of JBL T110BT. This is the only app that gives good bass globally, not only on Spotify but also on games. Gets 3 stars because the app is kinda unreliable. When it works, it's perfect. Otherwise it keeps closing or not detecting the Spotify "session". Android keeps telling that the app doesn't respond. Also, if I use the bass booster I only hear a pitched noise, so I just rise the bass on the EQ. Other than that, great app.
