Frustrating errors when trying to add items to cart, and forced logouts after leaving the app for a few minutes. Put off making an order for a few days and missed a $10 discount after multiple nights trying to set up a big cart. Just use the webpage.

After one search it freezes and have to close it then log back in to search for a different product. This all started with the lasted "update" that was suppose to fix bug issues. Only made the app worthless now.

This app is garbage. Every time I've used this app (over a period of about 3 years) I had issues. Ive tried so many times to place my order and it will not let me use a gift card. It has also glitched out multiple times and cleared out everything that was in my cart. Very disappointing app, Bass pro should be ashamed of this. I hate to say it but scheels is truly making a jump on bass pro. I used to really enjoy bass pro but they simply continue to disappoint.

The app is not great but it works. The actual stores are a much better experience. Update: app had an update two days ago. Has not been able to open since.

I love to shop at bass pro. I love the outdoors. I wish there prices weren't so high though. We're on a fixed income but I'd like to buy more things. I love the candles.

I downloaded this app and I can't even open it. All that comes up is a message that says "Were sorry, something went wrong. Please verify all fields or try again later." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not help. Disappointed.

App is great! Love it! I ordered some good fishing equipment and gear from this app. They have everything that I want.

Very good. I love the fast delivery. Ease of purchasing and tracking. And of course the quality of the merchandise

User friendly and have successfully ordered many products for both home delivery and store pickup. All went through flawlessly.

Shopping made easy. Pick up at store is quick. I got things on my saved list that I will get in the future.

Edit;At first i liked the app is was easy to use. Now I'm unable to make purchases. I've tried everything to fix it and nothing has worked. My first review: Love this app, makes shopping so easy. I do wish their was a way to track shipments

One of the cheesiest apps for buying I have ever used. An absolute waste of time!

I like the Bass Pro app above all other sporting goods apps it works much better

New app looks great but still plenty room for improvement. Might I suggest to add a simple "favorite list" or "wish list" or "save for later" options when viewing items to save particular things we may not be able to buy at that very moment. I tend to use the app to find something specific to buy and find other related items I want to buy later but have to write a note to myself somewhere what the name was to search for it later. It would also be great if we could load gift card balances.

Ive been a big time buyer from Bass Pro. However, since the last update, I have been entirely unable to use the app. It freezes on the main screen logo. And I have not been able to get onin almost a week. Please fix asap as I have tried everything to fix it. Deleted and reinstalled and cleared cache. :( Will rate higher if it begins to work.

This app seems to have issues. Most times I attempt to look up items or access my account, I get a message, "Something went wrong", then I get redirected to the home screen. This is very annoying as I would think that Bass Pro Shops would have a more reliable app since they are one of, if not the top, outdoor outfitter. I've tried to update the app, but I'm up to date. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but that didn't work either. Very frustrating and I wish they'd fix it.

Absolute garbage, very rarely is the app correct on what is available in store. Many times I'm shown that items are available in store, but they have been out for months. Will not show if ammo is available because of terms and conditions. Strange all of your competitors don't have a problem with that.

I do not reccomend this app for any purchases. The selection is VERY limited or at least extremely hard to find specific items. If you into browsing and accepting what ever they show you it's OK, but you will not be shown much in the way of the selected categories. If you do make a purchase, do not expect to have the order processed in any sort of reasonable time frame. I have been waiting a significant amount of time for my order to even process. I will update once and if I receive my order.

Very buggy, and glitchy. 1. I searched for knives with fixed blades, and then sorted from $ to $$. The very first knife, in the search results, was a knife with a folding blade. 2. The search filters automatically reset every time you back out to the filters. 3. I saw "We're sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again". I'll keep the app for a month. Hopefully, these issues will be fixed. I'll be spending a lot of money through this app. Fix these issues. Please. If you 4 more stars.

App is worthless. Seems Bass Pro Shops would have an app that works. Always freezes. Cannot use filters for products. The latest update has made it worse. It's a complete waste of my time and inexcusable in this day and age, especially when online shopping is very popular. Losing a loyal customer.

So many bugs and poor shopping experience. Check out as guest, then it makes you make an accout. It lost the entire shopping cart. Then try to chrck out I get a programing error "items are not locked that should be locked" a Google search shows this as an error back in 2011. 10 years ago. Then fishing reel arrives missing the reel handle. You, the customer are charged $7.50 for their defective items shipped out. Was never offered an exchange. I'll stick with Amazon for better experience.

Enjoy the shipping procedure i.e. using your store network as a distribution center. Assures that in most cases, you get what you ordered in a timely manner.

Can't search for guns on android app due to big brother Google. It's a shame that bass pro won't do anything to fix this either. Police state infringing on the population. This is Joe's America.

Google blocks me from viewing guns. Total nonsense. I was able to do so in the past, what happened? I may uninstall and just use the website.

What the ... can't look up some items because of "Google search restrictions". This is an outdoor company and can't look up even ammo on their app????? Bye.

Decent app. Better than the Dick's or Academy Sports apps. Larger inventory and able to view most items. Main issues are that the apps lags alot, glitches during checkout, and occasionally randomly crashes out of the blue. There are improvements that need to be made but overall it's better than other sporting goods apps.
