Our SoBC is a set of global policies that express the high standards of integrity we are committed to upholding, and includes policies that cover areas such as personal and business integrity, respect in the workplace, human rights, and financial integrity.
This SoBC app enables users to:
• View the SoBC policies in multiple languages
• Search for their local confidential Speak Up (whistleblowing) hotline, and call from the app
• Login to the SoBC portal to disclose conflicts of interest
• View SoBC-related procedures and other guidance while on the go
• Contact the Group Designated Officers (GDO’s) or Head of Compliance at the Group HQ
• Access other information such as how to Speak Up, who to speak to if you have questions or concerns, and the role of line managers in supporting a culture of integrity
