Solid, reliable banking app. Does easily and intuitively what I need it to. My one hesitation in switching to a small, local bank was online banking —I didn't think a local bank could do as well as the big bank I had been with before. My fears were unfounded. BSI is an excellent bank with an excellent app.

Prompting me to update every time I log on, and when I go to Google play there is no update.

The app does have some stability issues here and there but it has gotten so much better over the past year. They have also added in the mobile check deposit recently which is HUGE! Great bank with some really nice people and also a pretty good app!

There needs to be a way where you can reset your password at ease with email verification. The app randomly logs me out and the password ends up being "incorrect". Nothing but problems with this app since day one.

Great almost never any issues with it being down and very easy to use!

As a developer it is truly unbelievable to me that this app has been broken for so long. Mobile app teams prepare for OS releases for MONTHS in advance in order to avoid problems like this. I could not be more unsatisfied with this app.

It was very easy to use but lately very slow to open or load and now closes right away. Doesn't even go to log in screen before app stops.

Had to remove the app. No longer works. Did updates. Uninstalled and re-installed. Doesn't work.

Something weird happens with the camera where the view gets much smaller than the screen. Used to work just fine.

Secure and easy to use, download to use immediately. It is nice to also receive timely notifications about account issues.

Ever since the bank did an internal upgrade I can't get into this app.. it just says connectivity issue. Before this it was great not so much now

Got a new phone and it isn't compatible with it.

I use this app exclusively. My only wish is that the balances prior to withdrawal or deposit be shown in a shadow number.

l love bath Savings they are all about their customers !! I have not had one bad experience with them just the opposite every time I have a issue they take care of it!! best bank I have ever done business with!!!

Does not allow me to copy information from the pages. Good other than that. Great bank overall.

Broken for 4 days now. Won't open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalled bit still won't work

Uninstalled. Reinstalled. It's just broken. Apparently, Bath Savings prefers in person banking over mobile.
