Battery Benchmark and health

Brand new Samsung S22 Ultra Exynos 256gb UK model reported battery in poor condition after 10 days use, it averages about 13 hours off charge a day. Yes this mobile is going back to Samsung. Avoid the S22 Ultra as it is a terrible awful mobile.

Gives a pretty good result. Yes the top middle button shows online results and the leader board allow searching for devices. I find time a much better indicator as score can vary much more than actual time. On different devices some tests rum much longer than others. I would love to know why or maybe be able to run one test at a time. Thanks again.

I was quite sceptical at first when it asked for my microphone and camera permissions. I have kept an eye on data usage as a result and only noticed usage going up when doing the webpage test. It seems to be okay in terms of privacy. As for the battery benchmark. It takes quite a while (5 hours+ for me) but does give quite good detail afterwards. My advice to the dev. It may be a good idea to put in a test which doesn't use the camera for those that are still concerned about the permissions.

Excellent user interface and easy to understand. Its got a great design and doesnt take up a bunch of space on my phone. I like this app very much and recommend to all, perfect functionality working. Best features are included in this app. I am using the app regularly. Do try.

Excellent battery benchmarking app. Runs a variety of tests - looping video, web browsing, using camera etc. to determine battery drain. Just what I needed to confirm that the Moto Z Play I bought with Verizon bloatware drains the battery literally twice as fast as the same model of phone without Verizon bloat. Thanks dev. All three tests get stuck o n Xperia z2, works fine on HTC 10 amd Samsung s8+ I have raised my rating from four to give due to the very helpful and pleasant to chat with author. I would also ask people to ignore all the messages about lots of adverts. The ads take up a tiny area at the bottom of the phone exactly the same as any other app. I really do not understand why there are so many messages about it, the phone is simulating usage, not advertising facebook or yahoo etc..😀

I did a health test on two pixel 4 phones. And the results were very contradictive. The phone that got drained faster was given a higher score and the phone that lasted longer was given a lower battery score. Which makes no sense.

I love this app, my battery wasn't impressive, this app is straight forward, gives 97% accurate results. 3% inaccuracy goes off, if your phone was already heated, results will be too bad. For good results, test when phone temperature is at room temperature.

Nice app, does a lot of test and delivers very usefull data. Used it on both my phones (both exactly the same Nexus 5X) to compare their batteries. The developer is very communicative, within 24 hours. I had a problem with ads still being showed after I donated, dev got to me in matter of hours and fixed it within 24 hours.

Useless. Doesn't tell me the remaining mah charge capacity of my battery, which is what I want (and how you truly tell the health of your battery). Bascially this app runs a CPU intensive test and drains my battery, then tries to upload my statistics to who knows where to compare my results on some unknown ''benchmark'' list. Horrible, waste of time, and has privacy concerns. After testing a number, of such battery apps, I recommend AccuBattery by Digibites.

As soon as I've opened the application, asked me if allow the app to take photos, videos etc. I agreed and then I clicked on running the test and my phone instantly went crazy opening all the apps from my phone and then started to take picture after picture. I quickly left the app and I've uninstalled it.

Hey Dev, nice app but mine says incomplete test in the result and it's missing the data for texting test and 3D test even though the battery went all the way down to 2% and it also keeps saying "calculating" for battery life. My device is Xiaomi Mi note 10 lite, cheers!

Well, I did a quick test, I got a score but still I don't know if I should replace the battery or not as I don't know if the score is normal or not. The statistics seem wrong, time to drain all battery by web browsing 1.11 minutes, or I can browse for hours. By using camera only 47 sec, and I can take videos much longer than that. CPU done in 20 sec, I would not even have tine to finish this commen lol. Also, messaging shouldn't be in quick test as it can take hours to drain 2 percent

So ran the test, all seemed to go ok until the results page. Nan and nan were the only results given, no percentage or information on how the health of my battery actually is. Promptly deleted and will try another app.

I think you should at least add a warning to make sure the devices are charged to 100% and then unplugged before initiate the test. Because I tried to do full test and still plug the charger, and the test still carried on. Isn't it weird to do a battery test while charging?

Ad is intrusive on the bottom of the screen: I did not notice the instructions from the app, like disconnect the charger. App permission to use the camera is dubious. It is not explained why it is needed. Also, other battery apps that I have tried, don't need this permission.

I think that such simple information is missing battery; good, average, poor or 0-100%. this would make it easier to understand the application after the test. all in all ok.

Awesome battery observation tool app. Works great for me.

Disappointing! Results are useless. Absurdly, it gives a new battery that's twice as good a worse rating. NEW Battery: 77% Rating (108 seconds Avg per 1%). OLD Battery#1: 78% Rating (54 seconds Avg per 1%). OLD Battery#2: 87% Rating (60 seconds Avg per 1%). Longer Health Test used for every run. All other test conditions the same for each battery. If battery longevity is not their metric for health, they should make that clear in the app description.

There are few test enable to run. I did my first quick test and it only took few mins to run, the test check on my battery heat, camera, web browser and etc. And there's a telegram group you can join if you have any issue with them.

Easy to use. Looking forward to more development because the author /coder has a great standard system that can become a standard to compare phone runtime. We need a good standard!

Useless. Keeps freezing. Both the full test and the heath check froze at the bit with the rotating squares. The quick check went through ok. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017).

So I saw some of these reviews before I posted mine. Well to say the least I fully agree with a lot of the people who actually gave a true review. Let me begin that after I saw some of the reviews and saw the developers response and push back from those who gave a review I screen recorded what happened to me. Opened app. Did quick test. When completed the results where blank. Nothing. Did it again and still no viable results. Did the full test on 100% battery and still the same bank results. NG!

It's a cool tool for checking your battery quality. One ad appears at the start and end of the test but has an 'x' to close the ad.

This is a very good battery observation app. It has many tools to watch cpu, ram, daily used app, and for battery benchmark. We can observer can look for apps that consume a lot of power, but bring less using value and remove it from our phone. I would recommend this Battery Benchmark to everyone who has a smartphone !!!.

I like the layout design and it is as great as the functionality and usefulness of this app, I would recommend fixing the toast texts.
